Isaac Todd

Isaac Todd is the Chief Legal Officer at Auramet International, a physical metals merchant and investment and advisory firm focused on the precious and battery metals value chains. Prior to joining Auramet, Isaac was a corporate attorney at the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and also previously served as a U.S. Army officer, specializing in reconnaissance and counter-terrorism. Isaac holds a J.D. from Northwestern's Pritzker School of Law, an M.B.A. (finance) from the Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S. (industrial relations) from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice law in New York State.
