Megan Thee Stallion’s Nails Are a Master Class in Accessorizing a Little Black Dress
Listen we love a little black dress, but Megan Thee Stallion is serving up lessons in how to make it hotter. She was at the star-studded benefit for God’s Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards at Cathedral of St. John the Divine last night in New York City, wearing a hot little dress and big, bright nails. The event was co-hosted by Michael Kors.
Not to say that the nails make the look because frankly, Megan’s serving body like always. She wore a fitted black halter dress with a sweetheart neckline and a wide slit for her leg. She paired the look with a pair of black pointed toe pumps and a little butterfly-shaped evening bag. She kept the glam pretty classic: a big beehive up-do, a moody rosey lip with a maroon liner, and big lashes. And well. The nails.
Megan’s nails were CLAWS, okay. And they were incredibly vibrant and colorful. I wish the Getty photographers had the thought to give us a proper close up of all ten nails, but we don’t live in a world where we always get what we want. They were kind of giving modern art gallery show, Picasso cubism vibes. All ten nails were different, a mix of solid, creamy color block nails and transparent jelly colors.
With Halloween just around the corner, I’m wondering if these nails will make an appearance or if we’ll be seeing a new, outrageous set soon.
