I Tried a Hair Shine Gloss From This TikTok-Viral Brand—& It Made My Hair Look Instantly Healthier

I prioritize the health of my hair as much as possible, but there are several times a year when my strands inevitably go through the wringer, and it’s always after a bleach job. At what step should you apply the product? How often should you use it for the best results?
“When I use the glosses on my clients in the salon, I shampoo, condition and then end with the gloss. The great thing about the Rita Hazan Shine Glosses is that they work instantly. My personal thoughts
After testing out the shine gloss for several weeks now, I can confidently say it works—and I’ve tried a lot of hair treatments in my time. It has a foam consistency that easily spreads from root to tip (I apply mine in the shower), practically melting into your hair. I leave it on for a few minutes to let the product really soak in before rinsing; it doesn’t leave behind any residue or make my hair feel dry.
I personally went with the Breaking Brass shade to combat any brassy tones that may have otherwise appeared down the line, and I’ve noticed my color looks brighter and more illuminated after each use of the treatment. My strands also have increased in shine, despite all the heat I tend to use on them regularly.
