Tom Holland Ditches His Curls in Dramatic Hair Transformation

Tom Holland just debuted a brand new haircut and it’s a huge change from his usual curls. Although fans seem to love Tom Holland’s short hair, we can’t help but miss his curly hair a little bit. And even though we’ve all grown fond of his signature long curls, this new haircut undoubtedly marks a brand new era for Holland.
The Spider-Man star knows how to look his best. Whether it’s on the red carpet or on a dinner date with Zendaya, Tom Holland is always the most stylish man in the room. And for most of his career, his curly hair has been a staple of his look. Even though we have no doubt that he looks good with any hairstyle, his new hair is such a drastic change we can’t help but do a double take.
Last week, Tom Holland was seen sporting a brand new crew cut hairstyle in London. The haircut is for his role as Romeo in the West End production of Romeo & Juliet. Like any good actor, Holland isn’t scared to try out a new look for a project. Unlike his past curls, this look features buzzed sides and a longer top. We might not be used to seeing him with this hairstyle yet, but there’s no denying how much it completely changes his vibe. And let’s not forget, not everyone can pull off a crew cut—but Tom Holland just proved he certainly can.
It might be a huge change, but most of Tom Holland’s stans are loving the new look. While his curly hair had a boy-next-door aura, this new short hair brings us major bad boy vibes. (Which is a necessity when you’re playing a star-crossed lover of course.) And although one commenter on TikTok joked that “It’s giving little British high school boy forced to cut his hair,” we can’t help but applaud Holland for making such a bold change to his appearance.
