With not one mascara smear in sight, the dog days of summer had nothing on celebrity hair and makeup this week. Kerry Washington‘s smokey, smudge-free eyeshadow was something to envy, and we’re still trying to figure out how Taylor Hill manages to keep her curls bouncy despite the humidity. The heat was clearly no match for Taylor Hill‘s weather-defying hair. While curls are usually the first thing to drop, this Angel’s beachy tendrils looked bouncier than we’ve ever seen them.
That rule about having either standout eyes or lips was meant to be broken. Instead of keeping her lip color tame, Kerry Washington paired her sultry charcoal smokey eye with a glossy mauve lip.
Our love for MAC lip liner runs deep so we were pretty psyched to find out that Kara Mara’s berry lip look was created with a Mahogany pencil from the brand. On another note, Mara makes wearing blush look easy—and we all know the struggles of blending.
