We’ve been fans of Jennifer Coolidge since the ’90s (hello, American Pie?!) but it’s in recent years she’s become an icon to the masses. Her 2021 role — and death — in The White Lotus sealed the deal. At 62 years old, she’s hotter and funnier than ever. Just take a look at Coolidge’s new E.l.f. campaign. She’s wearing a silk chemise and robe in bed having a steamy dream. But because it’s Jennifer Coolidge, hilarity ensues.

This is Coolidge’s second time working with the affordable beauty brand. Last year, she starred in E.l.f.’s Super Bowl commercial co-written by The White Lotus‘s Mike White. During a blooper video clip from the commercial, Coolidge was asked what she would name her own lipstick if ever given the chance. She jokingly said “Dirty Pillows” or “Swollen.” The E.l.f. team heard it and a collaboration was born.

Over the course of just three months, the actor and E.l.f. created Coolidge’s perfect pouty pinky-nude shades, across lip liner, lip gloss, and lipstick.

“When I get up in the morning my favorite thing to do is put on my makeup because I love the creative
process of becoming somebody a little different each day just to keep life interesting,” Coolidge said in a statement. “A key part of my favorite look is exaggerating my lips by combining lipstick with liner and gloss in just the right colors to make them look bigger.”
