Victoria Beckham Is Launching a Limited-Edition Makeup Line with Estée Lauder
Are celebrity beauty collections the new fashion collab? It definitely looks that way—yesterday, it was revealed Rihanna has plans for beauty-world domination, and now Victoria Beckham is creating a limited-edition makeup collection with Estée Lauder that’s set to launch this fall.
The brand debuted the news on Instagram Friday with a photo and hashtag #VBxEsteeLauder.
While details are TBA about exact products, the former Spice Girl has gone on record saying she favors face masks, pink-nude lip liners (#23 Makeup Forever Lip pencil, to be exact), lip balms, brow pencils, nude nail polish, and Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat. VB is also known for her signature smoky eye, and though she’s dialed it way down over the years, we’re betting—hoping!—a good black liner will make its way into the collection.
The beauty brand has had a sharp focus on millennial consumers lately, namely with its Estée Edit, a skin-care and color-cosmetics collection in collaboration with Kendall Jenner and beauty blogger and model Irene Kim, so it might be fair to say it’s aiming to also retain its older, more classic customers by teaming up with the 41-year-old.
In 2014, the mom of four teamed up with Nails Inc in 2014 for two Victoria Beckham–branded polish shades, but this will be her the first full beauty line.
The collection will be available on both Victoriabeckham.com and Esteelauder.com, as well as other selected retailers, in September.
