We refuse to accept that summer is on its way out (what was that you said about mid-August?), and we’re beyond glad to see that Emmy Rossum is on the same page. Make like Emmy and give the calendar no mind: any time of year is the perfect time for bright lipstick. Whether you wear this look through the end of the season, or eschew seasonal trends and keep it in your purse until the tube runs dry… whatever you do, don’t give up on summer so easily.
