And the Winners of the StyleCaster Beauty Awards Are…
Ladies and gentlemen, it’s here: the moment you’ve all been waiting for…the winners of the first annual StyleCaster Beauty Awards!
We tallied your nominations, counted your votes and read through your tens of thousands of comments, all to determine which beauty products you think are the best of the best. Thanks to your feedback and our expert panel of judges—Amber Katz of Rouge 18, Felicia Walker Benson of This That Beauty, and Melissa Cook of Missy Sue—we received an unbelievable number of votes, proving that you all have a lot of strongly-held beauty opinions.
And boy, did we ever learn a lot along the way. People had very strong feelings about their chosen Life-Saving Dry Shampoo—that category recieved more nominations than any other, with Batiste eventually taking home top honors. When it came to the Best Product to Give You #BrowsOnFleek, the people were united: it recieved 61% of the votes, essentially sweeping the category. And in a result that surprised no-one, the superb L’Oreal Elnett was almost unanimously chosen as The Hairspray That Changed Your Mind About Hairspray, with one voter summing it up perfectly: “It works, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Perfect combo.”
