On January 21, fans noticed that Justin Bieber didn’t follow his wife Hailey Bieber on Instagram. It was widely speculated that they were going through a separation because of his actions. However, Justin Bieber claimed that someone hacked into his account and unfollowed the Rhode founder. “Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,” he wrote via Instagram Story on the morning of Tuesday, January 21. “S— is getting suss out here.” He immediately followed her again.

How did Hailey Bieber react to Justin Bieber unfollowing her?
Hailey Bieber went on her day as usual and posted a very cute photo of her husband on her Instagram post. In the snap featured in the carousel, Justin is seen taking a nap, and the Rhode founder added a cheese and smiling face emoji in the caption. This certainly squashes all rumors of any tension with the couple and they’re not backing down from showing their love to the world.
Hailey got candid about the public perception of her relationship with W Magazine. “People have made me feel so bad about my relationship since day one. ‘Oh, they’re falling apart. They hate each other. They’re getting divorced.’ It’s like people don’t want to believe that we’re happy,” she told the outlet. “I used to try to act like it hurts less and less. I’ve tried to think that you get used to it at a certain point, that this is what’s going to be said and this is how people are going to be. But I realize that it doesn’t actually ever hurt any less.”
The model also tries to shut down all the divorce rumors in real-time. Hailey directly told her followers in March 2024 to not believe what blind items are saying. “Just FYI the stories and constant ‘blind items’ I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong Made out of thin air… Come from the land of delusion…” she wrote on her Instagram story. “So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they’re always false xx sorry to spoil it.”
