W.A.G.s to Riches follows the lives of the Wives and Girlfriends—including those over-the-top dramatic moments. But fans really want to know what happened to Sharelle and Chad after they planned their whole wedding together.
Sharelle Rosado heads the Allure Realty group which hired most of the cast members featured in W.A.G.s to Riches. She was engaged to former NFL player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson after she slid into his Instagram DMs and made their romance public in November 2020. The show highlights them getting ready for their wedding after he engaged to her earlier in the year. However, after production ended, there was a recent development that changed the state of their relationship.
Sharelle Rosado and Chad Anderson quickly called things off after the production of W.A.Gs to Riches ended in October 2024. As for the cheating allegations, it was indeed a cause of the breakup. “Texting other women … I found out about it and I was like, ‘You know who I am?’ Like, I know who you are, I’ma respect what you have but it is what it is and nobody’s perfect,” Rosado said in an interview with Carlos King, adding that there were “women everywhere” messaging him. “I just feel like, when things happen, be honest about it. It shouldn’t lead to that point of how I’m finding out. Yes, I went through the phone and that’s how I found out.”
Though they ended things for good, they maintain a cordial relationship for the sake of their children. He has eight children from previous relationships, while on her part, Sharelle has four. “It’s honestly good,” Rosado says of her relationship with her ex to People. “We support each other. We put our family first, kids first and then our business. We’re going to always be here to support each other no matter what.”
She even mentioned that people have observed that they look better as friends than lovers. “People honestly say, when they see us out, they’re like, ‘You two get along better as friends. Ya’ll relationship is amazing,'” she told the outlet.
And if she’s ready to get out there and date again, well she’s waiting a bit to do so. “I have too much going on. I don’t even have time for myself,” Rosado says. “If I could date myself, I don’t even have time to even take my own self out on a date. Right now I feel like I just want to focus on me and heal because there’s healing in every breakup, so I just need to focus and regroup.”
