It’s the biggest night in football, but it could be the biggest night for fans of celebrity couples. Travis Kelce just addressed a question on whether or not he’s proposing to his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
The two have been in a very high-profile relationship since 2023 when he shot his shot in a very Taylor Swift way. She revealed for the first time in her Time 2023 Person of The Year profile, “This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” referring to when Travis revealed on his New Heights podcast over the summer that he tried to give singer his number via a friendship bracelet at her Eras Tour show in Kansas City. “We started hanging out right after that,” she added. “So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other.”
Taylor has been a huge supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs. She’s been going to several games and even made an appearance at the Super Bowl LIIX in the middle of her gigantic Eras Tour. With her confirmed attendance, the Super Bowl seems like an ideal time to propose, but will Travis make it a reality?

When asked by reporters at a press conference if he was ready to propose to Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce replied, “Wouldn’t you like to know,” as he smiled at the camera.
Travis Kelce gave more insights into their private relationship during the conference. A reporter asked what’s his favorite food that she makes. “Oh, she’s quite the cook,” he replied. “I’m a breakfast guy, man. I would say her homemade Pop Tarts are unbelievable.”
He added, “I better hold up my end of the bargain. She’s up there being the superstar that she is and never taking no for an answer and always working her tail off. I better match that energy for sure.”
When the Chiefs won the AFC Championship, Taylor ran onto the field and professed her love for her football player boyfriend. “I love you,” she said to him before they kissed.
At the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, Taylor Swift wore something very special to signify her relationship with Travis. She wore a T Charm that was wrapped around her thigh and a Chiefs red dress. The charm could be for her own name, but many fans thought that it was a great way to bring Travis along since he couldn’t make it because of Super Bowl practices.
People are also betting on the fact that Travis Kelce is likely proposing. David Portoy who founded Barstool Sports added his two cents, saying that it would be a “great move,” He told TMZ Sports in New Orleans. “They kind of are the first couple of the United States. The Super Bowl is as big as it gets, so I actually like that. I actually like that move.”
