Taylor Swift‘s boyfriend Travis Kelce and his team the Kansas City Chiefs will be playing against the Philadelphia Eagles. Taylor is confirmed to attend Super Bowl LIX by none other than Travis’ brother Jason. “Yeah, I think everybody’s coming in,” he told People. “I mean, I don’t want to speak for everybody, but I think obviously, our whole family. I believe, obviously Trav and Taylor, and his family and his friends.”

Every Swiftie knows that Kendrick and Taylor are besties. I mean, she raised a really grand toast to the rapper when he won Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Not Like Us” at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards. So, are they going to reunite to give us the performance of the lifetime?

Is Taylor Swift performing with Kendrick Lamar?

Taylor Swift hasn’t been confirmed as Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl guest performer, but the chances that they perform together aren’t at 0%. Super Bowls often have surprise cameos. The last time Kendrick performed at the Super Bowl as a co-headliner, he brought out 50 Cent and Anderson .Paak.

Taylor’s biggest collaboration was when Kendrick hopped on the remix of “Bad Blood,” featured on Taylor’s album 1989. The music video of the song went on to win Best Music Video at the Grammys and at the MTV VMAs. If you ask us, “Bad Blood” is the perfect companion piece for “Not Like Us.”

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 02: Taylor Swift raises a glass as Kendrick Lamar accepts the Record of the Year award for "Not Like Us" onstage during the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards at Crypto.com Arena on February 02, 2025 in Los Angeles, California.

When Taylor re-recorded the songs for 1989 (Taylor’s Version) in 2023, she talked about how great it was to collaborate with the “Swimming Pools” rapper for the second time. “Watching [Kendrick Lamar] create and record his verses on the Bad Blood remix was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life,” Swift wrote on an Instagram post. “I still look back on this collaboration with so much pride and gratitude, for the ways Kendrick elevated the song and the way he treats everyone around him. Every time the crowds on The Eras Tour would chant his line ‘you forgive, you forget, but you never let it… go!’, I smiled. The reality that Kendrick would go back in and re-record ‘Bad Blood’ so that I could reclaim and own this work I’m so proud of is surreal and bewildering to me.”

Kendrick also praised Taylor when they were initially recording the song in an interview with Howard Stern. “Fortunately the vibe was right and it didn’t take too many takes and we was really locked in on the chemistry and we really felt what was going on. We [he and Swift] were both in LA so I came to her studio session. She had the music up and I started writing and jumped in the booth and we laid it down.”

He continued, “You gotta have a great business mind and integrity and a great team. The number one thing we talk about is how does the music sound, how far… in the pop world is the sound. So the first thing is, let’s hear the music because the music is going to dictate the idea and the concept of where we can take this idea.”
