Tom Brady’s Viral Watch at the Super Bowl Costs 5 Times as Much as His Wedding Ring For Gisele Bündchen

The Chiefs. The Eagles. Taylor Swift. The 2025 Super Bowl has it all, but all we can pay attention to is Tom Brady‘s watch. The former NFL player, who holds the record for the most Super Bowl wins and appearances in history, went viral at the Super Bowl LVII in New Orleans, Louisiana, Sunday, February 9, for the flashy gold watch he wore while reporting on the game for FOX Sports.
The watch, which Brady paired with a classic black suit, is Jacob & Co’s Caviar Tourbillon in yellow sapphire. The timepiece costs $740,000 which is five times more than the wedding ring he gave to his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, in 2009 before their divorce in 2022. According to Vogue, Bündchen’s cushion-cut 4-carat diamond ring flanked by baguette-style gems on a platinum band was worth $145,000.

Brady and Bündchen, who were married for 13 years, share two children: son Benjamin and daughter Vivian. Brady also has a son, Jack, with his ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan. Brady’s Super Bowl appearance also marks his first public sighting since Bündchen welcomed her first child with her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente. TMZ broke the news that Bündchen had given birth on February 5, four days before the Super Bowl.
The day after news of his ex-wife’s baby’s birth, Brady shared a cryptic quote on Instagram about “love” that many fans believed to be a reference to his past relationship. “I really think the secret to being loved is to love,” the post read. “And the secret to being interesting is to be interested. And the secret to have others find beauty in you is to find beauty in others. And the secret to having a friend is being a friend.”

Brady is no stranger to flashy watches. In October 2024, he put a large part of his personal watch collection up for auction, with 41 items selling around $9 million. The auction was titled “The Goat Collection” in honor of Brady’s nickname as one of the greatest NFL players of all time. Brady played as a quarterback for the New England patriots from 2000 to 2019. He then played as a quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2020 to 2022 before his retirement.
