Another Bachelorette alum is married! Gabby Windey, of the Bachelor Franchise and The Traitors fame, just announced her marriage to the world and we’re so happy for her!

Gabby Windey announced her surprise wedding to her girlfriend Robby Hoffman on March 5, 2025. The two got hitched in Las Vegas after they evacuated from the Los Angeles Wildfires in January 2025. “It was the best. In a weird way, it was giving Bachelor because there were roses everywhere,” she told Cosmopolitan. “I never envisioned my wedding as a kid or anything, but that’s part of what made this feel so right. Actually being there and feeling it, it was so us.”

So will Gabby’s family be there to support her and what does she say about her heritage and how it affects her?

What is Gabby Windey’s ethnicity?

Gabby Whitney is Mexican with an Apache background. In an interview with The Cut, she talked about having a lot of Latina pride.  “I’m proud of it,” she says. “People in the Latina community will DM me: ‘We claim you. We’re proud of you.’ That means a lot.”

She also talked to the outlet about how her mother, who is Mexican, was manipulative and that they don’t really have a relationship anymore. “I give her a lot of grace in that she had a terrible childhood, and history repeats itself,” she says. “She just didn’t know how to raise a kid. I was always afraid, and I was really lonely.” The reality TV star also revealed that she hasn’t talked to her mother in eight years. She also revealed on HelloTefi’s podcast that she doesn’t speak Spanish. “I wish I talked about [my heritage] more on The Bachelor because I didn’t say anything. But now whenever I see a Mexican, I become proud and enamoured.”

As for someone who does keep her stable, it’s obviously Robby. “I’ve never felt this stable, and things keep getting better,” she told StyleCaster right before her nuptials. “She’s taught me what is to be loved. This is love. I’ve been looking for it for so long. She taught me so much about a relationship and what it means to be in a good one. We’re in the honeymoon phase, so obviously, I’m speaking with a lot of confidence. Come back in a year and we’ll see.” And we did see!
