The Valley Star Jesse Lally’s Secret Girlfriend Revealed Amid Michelle Divorce
Jesse and Michelle Lally’s romance was a fixture in Season 1 of the hit Bravo show The Valley. However, the paradise seemed to be cut short when the couple announced that they would be divorcing right after the debut season aired.
Now that time has passed since the decision, Jesse is taking things into his own hands and moving on with a new woman. “I was very upset by the whole situation and Michelle was doing her own thing,” he told Page Six. “I didn’t feel ready to date. At first, I felt like I was cheating. And then I started to feel the shame of ‘We’re going through this and Isabella’s alone. We should be there for her in that moment.’ So I spent a lot of time with her after the separation and did not start dating for a while.”

Who is Jesse Lally’s girlfriend?
Lacy Nicole (2024 – present)
Jesse Lally’s current girlfriend is Lacy Nicole. She’s a philanthropist and a socialite based in Orange County, Calif. Jesse confirmed that she won’t be making an appearance on the show, and for good reasons.
“She is not going to be on the show this year,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “We made a decision. We’d just started a new relationship. It’s hard enough to go through a divorce in private, then going through a divorce on television.” He also added that his daughter Isabella helped with the decision. “She’s meeting a woman who’s not her mother for the first time. For the safety of Isabella and our relationship, we thought it was the best path.”
A source also told The Daily Mail that Lacy is “not interested in reality TV and has zero interest in appearing on The Valley.” “Plus, their relationship is still pretty new at this stage.” The source added everything’s chill with Michelle, adding, “She loves Michelle and thinks she’s great – there’s no issues from her end.
“Luckily, she’s shined through it,” he said about his daughter. “We’re at a place now where [Lacy] joined for Isabella’s birthday and Michelle and her boyfriend joined for Isabella’s birthday and we had a huge group of people. So it was nice. We all got together.”

Jesse first met Michelle when they worked together and he asked her for coffee after a business meeting. The two tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their daughter Isabella Bunny in April 2020.
After The Valley season 1 wrapped, Michelle asked for a divorce. “We filmed [The Valley] last summer and we finished filming in September [2023],” she explained in an episode of “When Reality Hits” podcast. “I had the conversation with Jesse at the beginning of October that it was no longer going to work and I wanted to file for divorce. Jesse and I have actually not been together since October and since then we were free to date and do whatever we want.”
The former couple announced their split in March 2024. “When it comes to me and Michelle, it was going to unfold the way it was going to unfold,” Jesse told Us Weekly in May 2024. “The most interesting thing is to watch what other people felt about our relationship. It’s seeing the writing on the wall almost and then seeing Michelle in her interviews. But it is what it is. It’s what we signed up for.”
Michelle is currently dating Aaron Nosler, who Jesse isn’t really fond of in the first couple of episodes in the second season.
