With the Eras tour in the rearview mirror, many Swifties are wondering what’s next for Taylor Swift. One charity might have had the answer, and Swifties swarmed online to react.
The Galt House is hosting the 12th Unbridled Eve Derby Gala on May 2 right before the Kentucky Derby, and has listed a Taylor Swift surprise for one of their auction items. The surprise was a “Taylor Swift Package: Signed guitar by Taylor Swift and two concert tickets for a concert during her upcoming tour in 2026.”

Naturally, Swifties were freaking out. Many people believed that Taylor was going to announce her tour around the Kentucky Derby since Travis Kelce is a known spectator at the races.
“This is news to me,” Swiftie influncer @eurosweetheart posted about the supposed upcoming tour. Some fans expressed doubt about the news. “Does she know that she’ll have to tour in 2026,” one fan posted on X.
Unfortunately for Taylor Swift fans, Taylor Swift is not planning a 2026 tour to public knowledge. In a statement co-founder Tammy York Day of the Unbridled Eve Derby Gala said, “In the most recent Unbridled Eve press release, it inadvertently listed one of our auction items as a ‘Signed guitar by Taylor Swift and two concert tickets during her upcoming 2026 tour.’ Our deepest apologies for getting the Swiftie Nation excited, but it should have said ‘Guitar signed by Taylor Swift and two tickets for a concert during her next tour.’ We have no knowledge whatsoever of when that tour will be.”
The speculation comes after a slew of reports that Taylor Swift is taking a well deserved break with Travis Kelce to slow down their pace of life. The gigantic Eras Tour ended in December 2024 after 149 shows across the globe. “They have been traveling nonstop and very much enjoy it,” a source told People about the couple. “They are making the most of their time off together. They are hanging out with friends, too. It’s a special time for them.”
They added that this time is precious to them and they’re “very serious and in sync.” The source continued, “They value the same things. Right now, the focus is very much on private time out of the spotlight.”
