Taylor Swift Reportedly Wishes She ‘Never Met’ Blake Lively After Years of ‘Red Flags’—She’s ‘Disgusted’
Taylor Swift is either in the headlines for good reasons or bad reasons, but it seems like she’s pretty much always in the headlines. Whether it is because her friends are talking about her sex life with Travis Kelce, or because of the continued media coverage of her friendship with Blake Lively after the It Ends With Us drama involving Justin Baldoni, barely a day passes without some new headline about Swift.
The latest developments in the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni case have involved a lot of Taylor Swift, with Baldoni’s lawyers claiming that Taylor Swift was threatened to support Blake Lively through a “source who is highly likely to have reliable information” and that using her friendship with Swift is all part of Lively’s plan. Baldoni’s team, however, just recent withdrew their subpoena of Swift, as well, after voluntarily receiving the information they wanted, according to Page Six.

But how is Taylor Swift’s friendship with Blake Lively doing amid the back and forth? Reports have differed wildly, from suggesting they’re no longer friends to saying that the friendship is over. And new reports from the Daily Mail indicate the friendship might be at its worst point.
“Right now, if Taylor had one wish it would be that she never met Blake,” an insider told the outlet. “Although there have been good times during their relationship, the issues now concerning the Baldoni case have outweighed them.”
That’s not all, the insider added, “When Taylor looks back at their friendship, she realizes it wasn’t worth all the stress Blake put her through. She can now see all the red flags that should have been a warning to her.” There have been no specifics about those red flags, but according to the outlet, “Taylor’s relieved the relationship is over. She put up with Blake’s antics for too long because she’s a loyal friend. It took the It Ends With Us drama to finally get her to pull the trigger on it.”
The outlet also indicated Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is behind her on this. “Taylor and Travis are disgusted with Blake and Ryan and how they tried to use Taylor in their fight against Justin Baldoni,” the insider said. “They’re vowing their break from the acting couple is permanent.”
But that’s not all, as the report also indicates Lively wanted to be the leader of the pack, and it was up to Swift to tone her down on multiple occasions. This comes amid reports that Gigi Hadid’s friendship with Lively is also fractured, as she’s talking Swift’s side in all the drama.
Swift has made her position on the drama very clear, with her publicist saying in a statement, “Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see ‘It Ends With Us’ until weeks after its public release, and was traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history.”
The Baldoni and Lively drama is anything but over, so we’ll surely be hearing more about this friendship or ex-friendship in the days to come. The question now is, what will be left after all is said and done?
