It seems like married life, for the second time over, is suiting Amazon and Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos just fine. The billionaire, who got married to former journalist Lauren Sanchez just a few weeks ago in Venice, in a celebration attended by a whole host of celebrities, including the Kardashians, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bill Gates, Orlando Bloom, Jerry Seinfeld and even Oprah, debuted a new hairstyle for the first time in years after the wedding.

Bezos has rocked a bald style for years, to the point that the style has now become synonymous with him. Just last week, however, he was photographed at the Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference with thicker-than-usual hair around the bottom half of his scalp. Almost like he chose not to shave it.

At some points during his wedding week, he was also photographed with some growth of hair, but nothing like what he sported at the conference. Some have speculated this might be the first step towards Bezos perhaps trying out a hair transplant. There has, however, been no indication of that. It might just be that even someone as rich and powerful as Bezos is sometimes too lazy to maintain his current hairstyle every once in a while. It happens to the best of us.

Sources indicate Bezos is feeling better than ever after his wedding, and reportedly had a blast during the celebrations, dancing the night away with his new wife. “ There were no traditional dances with them, just partying together,” Us Magazine reported about the elaborate wedding celebrations that took place over multiple days and included not just the wedding on San Giorgio island, but a party the day before.

“It was all about the music and the partying. It was an insane dance party,” the outlet also reported. The couple reportedly spent $55 million on the wedding, which in total is about $55,000 per guest.

This all comes as reports indicate Bezos might be looking to buy Vogue Magazine for Sanchez, with people inside the magazine convinced Bezos is in the market for parent company Condé Nast and intends to present it as a gift to Sánchez, a former journalist. Sánchez graced the magazine’s cover as July’s digital Vogue cover star, wearing a Dolce & Gabbana wedding gown hand-picked by Anna Wintour.

It’s only one of the extravagant rumors flying around after the wedding, including reports that one of Lauren Sanchez’s wedding dresses was stolen after the ceremony. But as happy as Bezos seems, new hairstyle and all, this love came with a measure of good business sense, as Page Six reported that Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez had signed an iron-clad prenup before their wedding.

“They can get married anywhere as their prenup would generally be drafted to include its enforceability everywhere,” a source told the site.

Bezos very famously did not have a prenup with his ex-wife, MacKenzie Scott. That meant she received $38 billion in Amazon stock following their 2019 divorce. Scott has spent about $18 billion on investing in charities.
