The Truth About Keith Urban’s Younger ‘Other Woman’ Revealed Amid Reports Nicole Kidman Is ‘Floored’ by Her Ex’s ‘Mid-Life Crisis’
The Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban divorce has taken Hollywood by storm, particularly because no one really saw it coming. And to add insult to injury, after the separation was first announced as something the two could perhaps work out, a divorce filing swiftly followed. And it came with allegations that Urban has already moved on with another woman.
Allegations about who this other woman could be have centered on a young guitarist who has performed with Urban, Maggie Baugh. The fames of these allegations were fueled by Baugh herself posting a video of Urban changing the lyrics to his song “The Fighter,” which he wrote for Kidman, to suit Baugh during a recent concert. But the Daily Mail is reporting that Baugh has a boyfriend, and is unlikely to be the woman at the center of the Urban claims.

Of course, the pictures from social media confirming Baugh’s relationship are not that recent, and things could have changed. But other than the video she herself posted, there’s no indication she is the other woman in this scenario.
This tracks with what the same outlet previously reported. “The rumor is that he’s with a younger woman in the business,” a “Nashville music industry source told Daily Mail. “It’s all everyone is talking about. Everyone wants to know who, but so far, that’s a mystery.”
Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack claims that there is “a separate mystery woman [who] has also been spotted at Keith’s side in recent weeks,” confirming reports that it is not Baugh he’s dating. Shuter described Urban’s present moment as a “full-blown midlife crisis,” which has left Kidman feeling “sad but ready to move on.”
“Nicole isn’t disputing the rumors, but she’s floored by how blatant it all feels,” a source told the gossip journalist.
TMZ first reported on the allegations that Urban was seeing someone else. “All the signs point to the fact Keith is with another woman,” a source told the site. “Let’s just say, Nicole doesn’t dispute that, but she’s still shocked over it.” Kidman’s camp even claimed, “It’s all over Nashville.”
According to reports by Rob Shuter’s ShuterScoop, perhaps the worst part of this was that Kidman was ready to try to save the marriage. “Nicole wanted to fight for them, but Keith had already checked out—and she knew why. It wasn’t about distance, schedules, or bad habits. It was about another woman. And Nicole knows who she is.” Another insider added, “She’s not naïve. She heard the stories; she saw the signs. At some point, the truth becomes impossible to ignore. She’s not going to live as anyone’s second choice.”
The presence of another woman could also explain recent reports by People that “their split is turning dramatic,” with Kidman left feeling “hurt and betrayed” by her ex, Urban. “Keith has not been honest,” the source explained. “She wanted to save their marriage and believed that she could, but it seems he’s already moved on.”
