Victoria Beckham became vulnerable about her body in her new Netflix documentary Victoria. The Spice Girls member candidly talked about the media pressure and her own insecurities when it comes to being a famous celebrity.

One noticable instance she talked about never smiling at red carpet events. “I’ve looked miserable for all these years because when we stand on the red carpet, this guy has always gone on the left,” she revealed about standing next to her husband David Beckham. “Now I didn’t realize that when I smile, which I do, I smile from the left ‘cause if I smile from the right I look unwell. Consequently, I’m smiling on the inside, but no one ever sees it, so that’s why I look so moody.”

She also talked about her relationship with her body, specifically when she was dealing with her eating disorder. “I was controlling [the narrative] in an incredibly unhealthy way. When you have an eating disorder, you become very good at lying,” she explained. “And I was never very honest about it with my parents. I never talked about it publicly. It really affects you, when you’re being told constantly you’re not good enough. And I suppose that’s been with me my whole life.”

One thing that she’s been subjected to is plastic surgery rumors, but did she ever get anything done?

Did Victoria Beckham get plastic surgery, filler, or botox?

Victoria Beckham did admit to getting breast implants, and has since publicly expressed that she regrets getting them. “If I’m honest, I wish I’d never [gotten implants]. It was a moment in time, and I think I can share my experiences with her,” she told Allure. “But we’re not there just yet.”

Celebrity biographer Tom Bower wrote and claimed in his biography The House of Beckham that Vogue‘s Anna Wintour had told the Spice Girl to adjust her implants when she started getting into fashion. “To rebrand her image, her breast implants needed to be fixed,” he wrote.

The fashion designer also denied that she had surgery on her nose. “There’s been a lot of people in the past that have said to me that I’ve had some kind of surgery on my nose,” Victoria told Zanna Roberts Rassi on Today. “I have never, ever, ever, ever had anything. No, never.”

In a video with makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury, she revealed that she tells people that she gets her nose to look good with a clever contour trick using bronzer.

A source recently told Closer that Victoria has an extensive regimen. “Vic’s made anti-ageing part of her job since turning 50 and has been turning to her “ageless idols”, like Jennifer Aniston, Kim Kardashian, JLo, and Eva Longoria. “She’s been indulging in a range of facials and cosmetic procedures round the clock, as well as keeping up her daily at-home routine.”

Those stars have allegedly recommended her some procedures that’s she’s drilled into her routine. “Vic’s been having micro-current facials, contouring, cold therapy and a mix of micro needling and radio-frequency therapy, which Eva swears by. She’s started undergoing Coolaser skin resurfacing, which stimulates collagen and reduces acne scars, after Kim recommended it, as well as undergoing a non-surgical facelift which involves strategically placing fillers  for natural skin rejuvenation without going under the knife.”

“She’s constantly out and about at events, rubbing shoulders with Hollywood elite, so she wants to keep up and she’s ramped up the pressure in recent months,” the source concluded.  “It’s become a little bit of an insane obsession, but she does look amazing for it, so it’s working.”
