The fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party has brought on a lot of drama. It all started when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were featured in photos posted by both Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian in their social media carousels. Then, the pictures disappeared, and reports indicated that Harry and Meghan had asked for the pictures to be taken down.

And now, there are reports by The Daily Mail that Markle wasn’t happy with how she looked in the pictures, and that’s why they were taken down. “Meghan is so particular about curating her image and has approval over every photo that goes out,” a source said.

“She saw those photos and realized how bad she looked compared to every other woman at the party and obviously threw a fit.”

Considering she looked pretty good in every picture we saw, we should probably take this one with a big grain of salt.

RadarOnline.com also reported that Harry spent the party acting “bodyguard-like,” with body language expert Judi James saying that Harry’s stance and expression reflected a “serious and focused” attempt to protect his wife. She added that their body language was “more old-school A-list, with a rather serious and focused-looking Harry towing Meghan along like her personal bodyguard.”

James added, “In star terms, this reflects her return to the big screen as an actress, while he seems to be back in ‘Spare’ mode here.” They also added, “Harry’s expressionless mode directs the attention to his wife here, although his ritual is one favored by the likes of Travis Kelce, with the outstretched arm held behind and away from his torso to suggest muscle power, and with his hand gripped around Meghan’s in a similar ‘Big Paw’ Travis grasp that speaks of a desire to protect as they go past the press.”

All of this comes after the Daily Mail reported that ‘Kim is pissed off’” about it, saying, “Kim was like ‘you’ve already been papped outside and you were at the Baby2Baby event the same night being photographed like Meghan Trainor and Paris Hilton, so what’s the problem?‘”

ShuterScoop had previously reported, “They were polite but firm—nothing goes online without their sign-off,” according to a source. “They’ve built their brand on control, and they weren’t about to let a Kardashian post ruin that.”

And Kim Kardashian is reportedly not the only one who was upset. “Kris doesn’t like being told what to do—especially not by royals who live in Montecito. She said if Meghan and Harry want control, they can have it—just not on her guest list.”

But perhaps the picture’s drama wasn’t the only thing that caused problems between Markle, Prince Harry, and the Kardashians. ShuterScoop also reported that there was a “total vibe clash” between Markle and Kim Kardashian. “Kim doesn’t do take-backs. If you show up to a Kardashian production, you’re part of the machine.” But “Meghan tried to rewrite the narrative — and Kim hated that.”

That’s not all, according to the gossip journalist, Kim tried to get Markle to film a greeting for The Kardashians show, something Markle “politely but icily” declined. “Kim took it as a snub,” a source said. “She felt Meghan acted like Buckingham Palace had arrived — and that goes down badly in Calabasas.”
