Meghan Reportedly ‘Seething’ at Kate’s Latest Move—She’s ‘Fuming’ & ‘Mad With Jealousy’
Just like the relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry has gone through its share of ups and downs, the same can be said about the relationship between their significant others, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle. And the worst part is that the reporting about their relationship is so up and down that it’s sometimes impossible to know what’s actually going on.
RadarOnline.com recently reported that Markle wasn’t happy that Kate Middleton got Kate Winslet to be part of her 2025 Christmas carol concert. The Princess of Wales has organized the Together at Christmas concert at Westminster Abbey since 2021.

Winslet is set to deliver a reading, with Hannah Waddingham, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and singer-songwriter Dan Smith also scheduled to appear.
One Hollywood source claimed, “Meghan is fuming because Kate has pulled off something she couldn’t. Landing an A-lister like Kate Winslet sends a message – it looks polished, classy, effortless – and is everything she is struggling to be.”
Another insider added, “Meghan knows this will be one of the most-watched royal moments of the year. Seeing Kate at the center of it – and surrounded by talent she couldn’t draw – has left her seething.”
Middleton’s entire family, including her husband William and her kids, is expected to attend the Christmas concert.
“Meghan wants to be seen as shaping cultural conversations, but when Kate steps forward with something like this – and brings in a respected figure like Winslet – it inevitably invites comparisons and sends Meghan mad with jealousy,” the outlet also claimed.
But Markle, who has a holiday special for her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, coming out on December 3rd, was recently reported as trying to reconcile with Middleton. This doesn’t at all track with the new reports that seem to perpetuate the idea that the two never got along and never will.
Not that long ago, Markle was said to be planning a “clear-the-air” meeting with Middleton as part of Prince Harry’s attempts to reconcile with his family. RadarOnline.com even reported that Markle hoped that taking this step would help the brothers. “Meghan has asked her people to reach out to Kate and organize a call. She hopes this will be the first step towards reconciliation,” an insider said.
Insiders even claimed Harry and Meghan were planning their first UK trip in a while. “By all accounts, the trip is happening; it’s just a matter of finalizing the timing, but it will most likely be before Christmas. Obviously, Meghan’s anxious about it. She knows all eyes will be on her the minute she lands,” an insider revealed, adding, “She’s desperate to get ahead of the narrative, and she knows getting Kate on board would massively help.”
And all of this comes after reports that Prince William and Prince Harry might actually meet sooner rather than later, and that William has been convinced by the repeated pleas of both his father and his wife. So, if Middleton is trying to get William to reconcile with his brother and Markle is doing her best to facilitate that as well, we might just have to take reports on how one or the other might react with a grain of salt these days, unless it comes straight from the source.
