Camilla Just Reportedly Reignited Her Feud With Kate Over Her ‘Disloyal’ & ‘Reckless’ Behavior—She ‘Flat Out’ Told Her How She Feels
There have been plenty of reports during the past few months that the relationship between Kate Middleton and Queen Camilla isn’t exactly the best. Rumors indicate that Camilla is not really happy about how favorably Kate is perceived and resents the fact that her daughter-in-law gets so much of the attention and positive press. Whether that is true or not, there is apparently a new issue to add to the rumored feud. And that issue is Prince Harry.
The National Examiner is reporting that Queen Camilla and Kate Middleton are not seeing eye to eye on a possible Harry reconciliation, with the outlet reporting that Camilla “wants nothing to do with Harry and is revolted by the soft stance [husband] Charles is taking at the moment.” In this regard, the publication reports, Queen Camilla is on Prince William’s side.

“She fully supports William’s blanket no-forgiveness policy,” the source added.
However, Middleton has reportedly been trying to change her husband’s mind, which puts her in direct contradiction to Queen Camilla, who is reportedly “astounded that Kate continues to stick up for Harry.”
“It’s not about holding onto grudges — Camilla truly considers Harry dangerous and is certain he’ll turn on the royals in due course, so why give him more ammunition or content for his next horrific tell-all?” the source explained. “She’s told Kate flat out that she’s being naïve and reckless, not to mention disloyal towards her husband by refusing to respect his wishes,” they added.
“Kate’s been very patient and biting her tongue for much of this year over Camilla’s bad attitude towards her,” the insider also said, “but this Harry situation is making it a hundred times more tense.”
All of this comes after recent reports that the relationship was already strained. “What’s happening now feels like the fiercest clash we’ve seen between two senior royal women in years,” a source told RadarOnline.com in Oct. 2025. “Camilla feels sidelined, while Kate’s growing confidence and visibility are unsettling her,” adding, “Both are aware that the balance of power is shifting – and neither is prepared to step back quietly.”
In recent times, Queen Camilla took on many more royal engagements when both King Charles and Kate Middleton took time off due to their respective illnesses. However, both have now more or less returned. And although Camilla might be accustomed to deferring to Charles, reports suggest she’s less willing to share the spotlight with Middleton. “Camilla worked hard to establish herself after years of criticism, and she doesn’t like the idea of being overshadowed,” an insider said. “Kate’s return has been polished, professional and very ‘queenly’ – it’s obvious she’s positioning herself for the future, and that’s making Camilla uneasy.”
However, RadarOnline also reported that Middleton has no interest in a feud. “Kate’s focused on her duties and her health,” a royal source said. “She’s not interested in rivalries, but she won’t be diminished either. She knows the public looks to her, and she takes that role seriously.”
