A meeting between William and Harry? People who follow the royal family have been waiting for news that the brothers might soon reunite ever since Harry met with his father, King Charles. And now, it looks like it’s finally happening. But will that be the beginning of the end for their reported feud?

The Sun is reporting that William is already planning to attend England games at the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in Mexico, the United States, and Canada. An insider in Los Angeles told the outlet, “Wills is planning to come to the US and we have been told to prepare for what a trip would entail.”

“Interactions between security services and UK/US intelligence teams are in progress.”

The specifics of where England will play have yet to be announced, with dates and venues expected to be released on December 6. Plenty of time for planning. And if it happens that England ends up playing at the LA SoFi Stadium, which is set to host eight games, then we will probably see the brothers in the same place at the same time.

William and Harry were last seen together in August 2024, but they reportedly did not speak. When Harry was recently in the UK and even met with King Charles, he did not meet with his brother.

Even if England isn’t playing in Los Angeles, there’s a high probability both will travel to games—wherever they take place.

All of this comes after recent reports that a meeting is imminent. RadarOnline.com recently reported that William has “finally caved” to pressure from his father, King Charles, and his wife, Kate Middleton, to meet with his brother face to face.

The outlet reports William is “finally coming around to the idea of truce talks” But he’s not willing to give up control. “There’s no way he’s willing to pick up the phone and do this casually,” sources said, explaining that a meeting “would need to be a supervised discussion, handled with total discretion.”

And though reportedly, William is not convinced, “There’s only so much resistance he can put up against his own wife and father, who are telling him in no uncertain terms that enough is enough and it’s high time for peace.”

Royal insider Ian Pelham Turner recently told The Mirror that King Charles and Prince William have indeed discussed a possible reconciliation with Harry. “My feeling at the moment is because of Charles’s cancer diagnosis that all these negotiations, perhaps, for example, with Harry have been accelerated,” he said. “So I think why all of this has happened now is that William has been placated about Harry coming back into the fold by getting rid of Andrew. There seems to be accelerations at the moment. One acceleration is bringing Harry back. And the second acceleration is getting rid of Andrew.”

RadarOnline.com had previously reported that William had “strict conditions” for the meeting. “William’s willing to meet Harry, but only if everything happens strictly on his terms. That means no Meghan, no aides, and zero chance of it ending up as content for a documentary or book. He’s deeply wary of being secretly recorded or having his words twisted – the trust between them is completely gone. Harry will basically face being frisked before they talk.”

All of this considered, it makes sense that the brothers will probably meet before running into each other at a game. But we will have to wait and see.
