It has been scandal after scandal for Andrew Mountbouten-Windsor, long before he was ever stripped of his titles and evicted from his home at Royal Lodge. So, perhaps the new reports about what the former prince wants to leave his home should come as no surprise to anyone. If anything has become clear over the past few years is that the disgraced royal has no sense of self-awareness and doesn’t really realize the damage he’s caused to so many people.
Rob Shuter’s ShuterScoop is reporting that Andrew is “refusing to leave” Royal Lodge and has been “telling people he wants £75,000,000 to even think about moving out.” That’s not all, there have been rumors that he would move to Sandringham, but Andrew reportedly won’t be content with just any house as a “replacement.”

Instead, he’s reportedly insisting on access to “a cook, a gardener, a housekeeper, a driver,” as well as police protection. Reportedly, a deal is being worked on, but “negotiations are crawling.”
This lines up with the Daily Beast reporting that Andrew was demanding a “six or seven bedroom” home in Sandringham. A friend of his told the outlet, “Andrew has done exactly what has been asked of him, and he just wants to be left alone. He is giving up the lease on one of England’s finest houses and expects to be treated fairly.”
Another source added, “Knowing Andrew, this was always going to be about money. Andrew is essentially being bought out of the lease, so he will haggle over every last detail of the deal.”
Reports had indicated King Charles gave his brother a Christmas deadline to move out, but that apparently won’t be happening, due to what RadarOnline.com reports as “lengthy” and “protracted” formalities involved in giving up the property. In fact, one source said about Andrew, “He is leaning on every technical step available to slow down his exit from Royal Lodge.”
And Andrew, who remains eighth in line to the throne, is flexing that. “He understands the succession rules protect him, and he is holding onto that for dear life,” a senior royal source claimed.
This all comes after reports that Andrew’s ex, Sarah Ferguson, is very hurt about the way she’s been treated, particularly by Queen Camilla. “Camilla was like a sister to Sarah,” an insider told the National Examiner. “But she’s been pushed into a corner, and that is making Sarah very dangerous.”
What could she do? “She’s a ticking time bomb — and the angrier she gets, the more likely she is to go through with threats to take everyone down with her. Sarah has enough stories to make everyone in the royal family very embarrassed, especially Charles and Camilla,” another source added.
Not that long ago, The Express reported that Fergie has an “appetite for revenge” and is “not happy” with King Charles‘ decision to throw her and Andrew out of their home.
Sounds like even in this, Andrew and Fergie are on the same page.
