Wedding bells are ringing in the distance! Sources close to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have reported on a wedding date, and The Life of a Showgirl singer paid off a little bit more money to secure her dream venue.
Sources told Page Six that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the megastar had secured a date for June 13, 2026, at Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. The hotel is close to her $17 million High Watch House in the beach town.

Another couple reportedly saved the date for their own wedding at the venue, and Page Six reported that Swift swooped in with an offer that they couldn’t refuse. So how much did she pay them?
While the exact numbers haven’t been revealed, Taylor Swift reportedly paid for the couple’s wedding to be moved, the wedding ceremony itself, as well as their honeymoon.
Back in October 2025, Grace O’Neill and Isabelle Truman discussed an anonymous tip that could point in Swift and Kelce’s direction on the After Works Drinks podcast. “We got a DM from a girlie. I don’t know how public this knowledge is… but she sent a screenshot of a phone that said, ‘one of my friend’s friend’s is getting married at [bleeped] in Rhode Island on June 13, 2026. The venue called her and said someone is willing to buy you out of your date.”
“She said No, I don’t want to switch my date. They called her back and said that [the couple] are willing to pay for their whole wedding and honeymoon to have this date. So they said yes. They think it might be Taylor Swift. June 13 is the only 13th that falls on a Saturday, and it’s near Taylor’s house in Rhode Island. 13 is Taylor’s lucky number,” revealed Truman.
The two didn’t reveal the actual location, but they hinted that it’s right up Swift’s alley. “I’ve just looked it up. It’s exactly what I imagined their wedding venue would look like. Very grand, yet distinctly American. It’s huge,” says O’Neill.
As any Swiftie knows, 13 is Taylor Swift’s lucky number, so it’s no wonder that she wanted to keep that special date. Numerology.com also points out when you add all the numbers together 6+1+3+2+6 is 18 and 1+8 is 9, and that is the number known for completion.
While other reports noted that Swift initially chose her vacation pad as a potential venue, The Sun reported that the two wanted to splurge on decor and florals. She and Kelce are willing to spend around $1.2 million on just the landscaping, with the songstress wanting to plant flowers ‘months’ ahead of the wedding, the site reported. Not too shabby for the world’s favorite couple!
