Being in the White House alongside his family has put Barron Trump in the spotlight, whether he wants it or not. This always happens to the children of the President, and there’s always a push to try to keep their lives private, especially when kids are young. But Barron is now 19, so there’s been a lot more attention paid to what he’s doing and what he plans to do next.
Very people have any real information about either of those things, but one of them, President Trump‘s granddaughter Kai, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Barron Trump’s niece, opened up about her uncle and politics in a recent interview. During the interview, Kai Trump said she believes “politics is a dangerous thing” and called for people to meet “in the middle.”

During her interview for Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast, Kai Trump said, “I think if both sides met in the middle, everyone would be so much more happier and I think there’s a lot of this radical left and there’s a radical right and there’s a lot of people that are getting too extreme.”
“And that’s where social media really ties into it because social media kinda makes your … feed be one way or the other,” she added. “There’s not a lot of things on social media where you’re very much in the middle and I think that kinda makes some people crazy and some people buy into it too much.”
She also spoke about her uncle, Barron Trump, or “Uncle B” and how the two get along. Barron is, ironically, only one year her senior. “He’s a great guy,” she said. “He doesn’t like the public eye so much, which I understand. But he’s a great guy.”
Hard to avoid the spotlight when you’re the President’s son.
And though she talked about her personal experience with it, another thing she said that applies to Barron are her comments on how it feels to date with Secret Service agents present. “It’s a little weird,” she confessed. “I try my best to not let it bother me and I think I’ve learned, especially the past year now … to [know] yes, they’re following me, but also focus and pretend like they’re not there.”
“But the first few months, it was tough,” she added.
This comes after Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack reported that first lady Melania Trump was anything but happy to see a photo of her son Barron taken by Mar-a-Lago club members in the dining room during the Christmas holidays posted online.
“Melania made it very clear that Barron’s privacy is non-negotiable,” an insider told the gossip columnist. “Anyone caught filming or taking pictures would face immediate consequences, including potential banning from the club.”
Despite that there were several videos of the younger Trump released on social media. “The message was clear: no cameras, no leaks. Private family moments stay private.”
Someone seems to have missed that memo.
