Nikki Glaser Revealed She & Her Boyfriend Haven’t Always Been Monogamous: ‘I Wouldn’t Mind if He Had a Fling With Someone Else’

She may be one of the most in-demand comedians in Hollywood—with two Golden Globe hosting gigs under her belt, but no one is a bigger fan of Nikki Glaser than her boyfriend, Chris Convy.
Who’s Nikki Glaser’s boyfriend?
Glaser‘s boyfriend, Chris Convy, is a television producer and writer and has worked on award shows like the MTV Video Music Awards, the Kids Choice Awards, and the iHeartRadio Music Awards. He also executive produced Glaser’s 2024 standup special, Nikki Glaser: SomedayYou’ll Die, as well as her 2016 TV series, Not Safe With Nikki Glaser.
Glaser also shouted out Convy during her roast for The Roast of Tom Brady. “I just want to say, for the record, I do have a boyfriend, we’ve been together for 10 years, he’s the love of my life, he’s here tonight, he’s sitting right over there. And I want to say publicly, I would shoot you in the fucking face for a lottery ticket to suck this guy’s dick,” she said.
She told The Rich Eisen Show at the time that Convy approved of the joke ahead of time. “My boyfriend goes, ‘You should do it,’ and I’m like, ‘Really?’ He was so encouraging, and getting his permission — he’s awesome in that way that he lets me talk about him and our relationship and anything. He says, ‘As long as it’s funny, you can say whatever you want,'” she said.
How did Nikki Glaser and her boyfriend meet?
Glase and Convy met in 2013 when he produced her MTV show, Nikki & Sarah Live. “I just had a crush from afar which was so fun because I was just pining for him constantly. It was very Jim and Pam [from The Office], I was Jim, and he had no idea,” she told In Depth With Graham Bensinger in 2022.
In the same interview, Glaser also revealed that she and her boyfriend haven’t always been monogamous. “I like my boyfriend to at least entertain the idea of being with other women or be with them. I think it’s about, like, I want to be on HBO Max because I like HBO Max, and it’s a cool platform. I want my show to be on a place that is a cool, shiny…I want things that other people want,” she said.
She continued, “I wouldn’t mind if [he] had a little fling with someone else, not like emotional. Even if she’s hotter than me or looks different than me, I don’t really care what she looks like.”
Are Nikki Glaser and her boyfriend still together?
Glaser and Convy are still together, at the time of writing, however, they have split multiple times. Glaser told The Howard Stern Show in 2024 abot the on-again, off-again nature of their relationship. “I think the off and on is because committing to anything forever, I think that forever makes me think of no other adventures. It’s kind of admitting defeat, it’s settled,” she said.
“Our breaks have gone from maybe two days to one was three years long,” she continued. “He’s broken up with me. In the beginning of our relationship, I think I wanted a boyfriend so badly, I really misrepresented who I was. I thought getting a boyfriend meant being agreeable and just doing everything, never fighting, [and] never saying, ‘I don’t like what you just said,’ because then he’d be like, ‘Well, that’s the way I am, bye.'”
Are Nikki Glaser and her boyfriend engaged?
At the time of writing, Glaser and Convy are not engaged. A source told The Sun in 2026 that the two aren’t engaged yet, despite dating for more than a decade, because of her busy career. “She doesn’t want to live in LA. She’s on the road all the time, so it’s just cheaper for her to live near her family in Missouri and when she does travel for work, she can write it all off as a business expense,” the insider said. (Both Convy and Glaser are from Missouri.)
The source continued, “Nikki is very driven, she’s happy with the direction of her career, and she doesn’t want to mess with what she’s built at this point in her life… I don’t think that’s where her head is. She was looking into freezing her eggs, but decided not to, and joked she spent the money for it on Taylor Swift tickets instead.”
