Hudson Williams is the king of body positivity! The Heated Rivalry star just revealed his total body workout for Men’s Health, and we can’t get enough of it.
To get the physique of a professional hockey player, Heatedy Rivalry creator and director Jacob Tierney told him, “You should look like you eat pasta.” Williams also explained that hockey players don’t usually look “jacked” but rather “wiry strong or they look like they drink beer strong.” Then, when he saw his co-star and on-screen lover, Connor Storrie, he had a goal of what his body should look like in mind. “I just decided to not eat carbs and try to get as big as possible. I want to get bigger, juicier, thicker. I want to get some bigger legs.”
He also says that his co-star is his main inspiration for his body in the upcoming second season. “I want to keep this butt and get a bigger butt as well,” he confessed. “I’m okay talking about my butt, but poor Connor Storrie, who has the fattest butt I’ve ever seen on a man, I’m sure just wants to stop talking about his beautiful cheeks,” he said. “I want to get as big as he was in the first season ’cause I think that guy is going to just eat so much protein. He’s going to ascend. He’s going to show up looking like an Olympia, Mr Olympia.”
The two don’t often have the same kind of workouts, but they do go to the gym together. “He showed me some bicep workouts, and I’ve shown him some lat workouts, even though he’s just bigger and better in every department,” Williams said. Connor Storrie previously revealed his glute routine in an interview with Vanity Fair, saying that he does elevated dumbbell squats, but he’s also blessed with great butt genetics from his parents, who are also bodybuilders.
As for what he thinks about stretch marks, he praised them by affectionately calling them “tiger stripes.” “I’ve always appreciated them on women, men,” the actor shared. “One of my friends who was like my workout buddies for a long time, no matter where he worked out, whether he lost weight or gained weight, he would get them very quickly. So, he had them on his chest, thighs, and I always thought they looked really cool. So, yeah, I’m happy for my dimples and my ass stretch marks. I like ‘em.”
Hudson Williams showed his complete total body workout video to Men’s Health. He said that he does this routine about 5 times a week, and at least 3 times a week if he’s busy traveling. As for timing, he keeps it around 45 minutes to an hour for every session.
