One of the players in the Beckham family wedding drama is Marc Anthony, as he was the singer when Victoria reportedly danced inappropriately with her son, Brooklyn. This has led a lot of people to wonder what exactly Marc Anthony thinks about what happened. Does he also believe it was inappropriate?

According to Rob Shuter, not so much. Shuter says that the reported inappropriate dancing didn’t actually happen during the couple’s first dance, and that longtime family friend Marc Anthony didn’t think anything inappropriate happened.

“Marc Anthony saw everything, and nothing was inappropriate,” an insider said. “Victoria danced the way she would on any stage at a pop concert. She’s a Spice Girl, not Julie Andrews — it was playful, theatrical, and exactly what you’d expect from her.”

Another source added, “She wrapped her arms around Brooklyn and nuzzled his neck, yes, but it was part of a family dance, nothing sexual or shocking. The Beckhams were cheering. It was all in good fun.”

Sources also said, “Victoria never stole anyone’s moment. She joined the family celebration, added energy, and kept it lively. If you’ve ever seen her perform with the Spice Girls, this was exactly that vibe — nothing scandalous.”

Among the things Beckham posted on Instagram stories about his parents, there’s a reference to a dance that took place during his wedding. “In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me,” he said. “She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everybody. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.”

The drama has taken over the internet in the last few days, and reportedly, both sides are really upset. Shuter previously said that, “David and Victoria are stunned. They’re trying to figure out how to protect their family name while respecting his boundaries, but honestly, they feel completely blindsided.”

“Victoria has been crying almost every hour since Brooklyn’s statement dropped,” one insider said. “She’s walking around in shock, unable to believe her son would speak to the world this way.”

There doesn’t seem to be any possibility of a reconciliation, at least anytime soon, as Brooklyn isn’t in contact with his parents. “He told them explicitly to only communicate through lawyers,” another insider explained. “That has left them feeling powerless and emotionally raw.”

As for video, we’re unlikely to ever see it. “Brooklyn and Nicola are the only ones who have access to video,” a source told People. “It’s an extremely embarrassing moment for them and it would not be good for Brooklyn’s mental health to see this circulating online,” the insider explained. “It’s one of the most humiliating moments of his life and he doesn’t want it to be seen by the world.”

The Daily Mail had previously reported that “Brooklyn holds all the power when it comes to the video of Victoria dancing ‘inappropriately’ on him at his wedding to Nicola.”

“You can completely understand why Brooklyn would never have wanted the footage made public. Until now, he has stayed silent, but he is finally speaking out about his experiences with his family and, in particular, how deeply let down he felt by his mother on his wedding day,” the source added.
