Katy Perry & Justin Trudeau Reportedly Already ‘Talking About Having a Child’—’It Won’t Be a Shock’ if They Get ‘Pregnant Very Quickly’
Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau were both in long relationships before finding each other, but they’re reportedly taking this new stage of their lives very seriously. So seriously that the two have reportedly already taken steps to integrate their respective families, with their kids meeting each other and plans for the future including the two of them. But does that mean they might want to expand that family?
According to Heat World UK, the answer might just be yes. “Katy’s ready to go all in right now with him. They’re even talking about having a child together. Justin is very clear that he wants to build a life with her and there’s no one he’d rather be with. When Katy first started seeing Justin, everyone assumed it would just be rebound fling, but it’s much more than that. She says it feels like destiny that they met.”

“Katy’s made no secret of wanting at least one other child and Justin’s the perfect fit for where she’s at in life right now,” the outlet also reported. “She doesn’t have time to waste – she’s in her forties now and she’s not interested in playing the field. It’s moving fast, but she’s happy with that – as is he. Katy has always been someone who goes all in on love. Once she feels it, she tends to move fast.”
And apparently, “It won’t shock any of her friends if they actually do get married and pregnant very quickly.”
Perry was previously engaged to Orlando Bloom, but the two called off their engagement in 2025. Not long after, Perry and Trudeau reportedly started dating, with the two being spotted together for the first time in July. By December, they’d made it Instagram official.
The National Enquirer had recently reported that Trudeau and Perry’s relationship was serious. The two are “crazy about each other,” an insider claimed, adding, “This isn’t a fling.”
“Katy’s daughter, Daisy, has spent time around Justin. And his three kids — Xavier, Ella-Grace and Hadrien — have met Katy,” the source shared. “It was warm. It was easy. The kids clicked instantly.”
Trudeau’s ex Sophie Grégoire, who divorced the politician in 2023, recently discussed co-parenting 3 kids, Xavier, 17, Ella-Grace, 16, and Hadrien, 11, with him as well as the new family dynamic during an episode of the podcast “Arlene is Alone.”
“I’m definitely not a single mom,” she said. “I have a partnership with a father who has such deep love and availability to his children.”
She also discussed how she feels about his new relationship with Perry. “You know, we’re human beings, and stuff affects us,” adding, “How you react to stuff is your decision. So, I choose to try to listen to the music instead of the noise.”
Grégoire explained that she’s “very aware that a lot of public stuff out there can be triggers.” But, “what I do with it is my decision. The woman I want to become through this is my decision.”
