Bad Bunny Seemingly Shaded Ex Kendall Jenner for ‘Not Getting’ His Music Before the Super Bowl
Bad Bunny is continuously dominating the charts with his music, but a lot of people might be wondering about his dating life and what his relationship is like with his ex, Kendall Jenner.
Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner have been in an on-and-off relationship since Feb. 2023, when they were photographed on a date by paparazzi in Los Angeles, Calif. “They were introduced by friends. He moved to L.A. a few weeks ago and bought a house,” an insider told People. “She likes him and is having fun. He is different from guys that she dated in the past. He is very charming.”
The two hardlaunched their relationship when they were in a viral Gucci ad campaign where they were cuddling and embracing each other in the airport. They also made their first public appearance together as a couple during Milan Fashion Week.

The two have kept quiet about their relationship, with Bad Bunny valuing privacy above anything else. “They don’t know how you feel, they don’t know how you live, they don’t know anything, and I really don’t want them to know,” the Puerto Rican artist told Vanity Fair. “I’m not really interested in clarifying anything because I have no commitment to clarify anything to anyone.”

A definite reason why Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner broke up for good hasn’t been revealed. However, Bad Bunny did drop a hint about the people he wants to date when he posted an Instagram story in 2025 where he wore a hat saying, “Stop dating people who don’t get your music.”
When Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner reunited in 2024, it was a pretty calm reunion. “It’s going well and they’re prioritizing spending time together as they figure it out,” a source told People.”There wasn’t ever any drama in their breakup, and they missed each other.”
Another source disclosed to the publication that they spent time apart because they were “not on the same page in life.”
“It’s like they needed the break to miss each other enough to figure things out,” the insider explained. “They always had this crazy attraction to each other. Things are great again.”
After the split, Bad Bunny seemed to mind about Kendall reuniting with her other on-and-off ex Devin Booker. “Benny was not happy that Kendall was dating” and has “been wanting her back.”
However, the source noted that Kendall was “happy” that she was back with Bad Bunny, adding that he “is very charming and is always sweet to her.”
Since that update, it’s been pretty much radio silence on their relationship. In 2025, gossip Instagram DeuxMoi had revealed that the two weren’t in a serious relationship. A source said, “They’re pretty casual and not necessarily an exclusive kind of thing. Currently, they’re on.” Another source told the site, “Seems like when they’re in the same place, they hang out. But then they go about their lives.”
In Jan. 2026, Jenner hinted that she’s single and focusing on herself without a boyfriend. “I never really had my 20s to myself,” Jenner said on the In Your Dreams podcast. “When I turned 29, I made a minor commitment to myself. I was, like, ‘I’m not going to reject anything [and] I’m going to stay open to anything that feels like it would suit me,’ but I really wanted to have a ‘me year’ where I chose myself.”
“I really love to be present for my partner, and I really put them first most of the time,” Jenner said. “So, I think, when I turned 29, I was like, ‘I really want to put myself first right now.’ So, that’s where I’m at.’”
But with the Super Bowl coming up, Kendall’s making waves with her ex, Booker, in an exchange of seemingly flirty comments. Jenner announced she was betting on the New England Patriots to beat the Seattle Seahawks as part of her Super Bowl 2026 campaign for Fanatics. Booker commented on an Instagram post alongside a blushing emoji, “I bet a million the Seahawks get that ring before you do.” She replied with an eye roll emoji, “How’s the ankle?” To which her ex replied, “Come rub it.” With Bad Bunny headlining the Super Bowl halftime show, there’s no way of telling where this is going.
