Everyone knows, even without knowing any details, that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding will be the social event of the year. So, of course, every little detail is being speculated about, and every reported detail is being dissected. What will Taylor wear? What will Travis wear? Who will be invited? Where will the ceremony be held? What will they eat? All the details matter.
We don’t know much yet, but Kelce was recently asked by TMZ how many kegs of his beverage brand, Garage Beer, would be available to guests after his ceremony, and he gave a funny answer: “Man, I can’t even count that high.”

The brand is owned by Travis Kelce and his brother, Jason. It offers light beer, including a lime-flavored option.
All of this comes after reports that the date has already been set. Rob Shuter reported recently that Swift and Kelce had officially set a date. “This isn’t a maybe anymore,” one insider said. “It’s happening. The date is set.” Another added, “The planning is military-level precise. Taylor doesn’t want surprises — and Travis is fully on board.” And if it is true that a date has been sate, we will probably find out sooner rather than later.
Not just that, the guest list is also apparently set, and some names have already leaked: Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert are expected to be invited. Plus, let us remember that Swift hinted that Graham Norton would also be invited to the wedding after the host asked her for more details on her nuptials when she appeared on The Graham Norton Show. Swift told Norton at the time, “You’ll know.”
Though Kelce hasn’t announced anything about his plans for the upcoming season, speculation has always been that any wedding would take place long before the NFL season kicks off, even if he does end up retiring. Most of his guests would end up being NFL players, after all. And Kelce has talked about how NFL logistics prevent weddings from happening in specific seasons.
“I actually don’t know people who’ve gotten married in the fall because all the weddings I’ve been to and all my friends always do it in the summer,” he told his brother Jason during a January episode of New Heights. “You gotta be willing to find a weekend where the team isn’t playing anybody good maybe,” he said.
“Also, if you really do have a problem with that, maybe it’s in her best interest to not have it in the fall so that she knows you’re invested in the anniversary every time it comes around,” he added. “I’ve seen weddings in f—ing February. I’ve seen weddings everywhere but the fall. So I’m not sure if the fall was a good wedding season.”
There’s a long time until fall, but that does seem to mean we can expect those wedding bells to ring sooner rather than later. And that whatever preparations have been going on, they’ve been keeping on the down low. But when you’re Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, chances are you can’t keep everything secret.
