Kendall Jenner Was Caught Reacting to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Performance After Her Ex Seemingly Shaded Her for ‘Not Getting’ His Music
Bad Bunny‘s Super Bowl Halftime Show made everyone in Levi’s Stadium jump and dance. One notable person who was vibing along to his set was his ex-girlfriend, Kendall Jenner.
The 30-year-old model attended Super Bowl LX on Feb. 8, 2025, in a suite alongside Tyler, the Creator, her sister Kim Kardashian, her rumored beau, F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, and BFF Hailey Bieber. In a video shared by NFL UK and Ireland, Kendall is seen holding hands with the Rhode founder and dancing hand in hand to Bad Bunny’s performance.
Kendall Jenner didn’t post any videos of Bad Bunny performing at the Super Bowl. She starred in Fanatics’ Super Bowl commercial, where she bet on the New England Patriots winning the game. In her Instagram stories, she wrote, “next time @fanaticssportsbook” in reference to their opponents, the Seattle Seahawks, winning the Lombardi trophy.
The Super Bowl spot itself was placed right before her ex’s Halftime Show. In the ad, she jokes that all her athlete exes (ahem, Devin Booker) are “cursed” to lose the playoffs while they’re in a relationship with her, and many fans took to social media to comment about the uncanny timing. “the Kendall Jenner gambling commercial saying all her ex-boyfriends are cursed and start losing after dating her is a lie because her ex, Bad Bunny, just won the superbowl,” one person wrote.
Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner were in an on-and-off relationship since Feb. 2023, and were first linked when they were photographed on a date by paparazzi in Los Angeles, Calif. “They were introduced by friends. He moved to L.A. a few weeks ago and bought a house,” an insider told People. “She likes him and is having fun. He is different from guys that she dated in the past. He is very charming.”
A couple of weeks before the Super Bowl, Kendall set the record straight on her relationship status. “I never really had my 20s to myself,” Jenner said on the In Your Dreams podcast. “When I turned 29, I made a minor commitment to myself. I was, like, ‘I’m not going to reject anything [and] I’m going to stay open to anything that feels like it would suit me,’ but I really wanted to have a ‘me year’ where I chose myself.”
While the real reason why Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner broke up hasn’t been revealed, Benito also dropped a dealbreaker in his future relationships and maybe something he was missing in his former ones. He posted an Instagram story in 2025 where he wore a hat saying, “Stop dating people who don’t get your music.”
He also addressed the rumors that his latest album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS and the titular track was about his model ex in a January 2025 Time interview. “I have written songs inspired by people that people don’t have a f—king clue who they are,” he said. “The meaning of the song can vary in many things, like the absence of a person who is no longer with you, or a love. But it can be many other things too, that are no longer there.”
