Ben Affleck Just Gave a Damning Sign That His Marriage to J-Lo Might Be Over
This might be the most damning evidence Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s marriage is on the rocks. Rumors have been swirling for months now, and while neither of them have commented publicly on the speculation, tabloids are piecing it all together.
In photos obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Affleck was spotted without his wedding ring while out and about with his 18-year-old daughter, Violet, on June 22, 2024. However, maybe it was just out for cleaning or something (isn’t that what people say?), because the outlet reported it was back on his finger the next day.

Affleck shares Violet with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, along with daughter Seraphina, and son Samuel. Garner and Affleck tied the knot in 2005, announced their separation in 2015, and filed for divorce in April 2018.
Now, it appears another of Ben’s relationships is circling the drain. It breaks our hearts because Ben and J-Lo were one of the OG A-list couples—they even earned a couple name in Bennifer. But in May 2024, news broke that they were headed towards a breakup.
“The last thing Ben wants to do is hurt Jen. He still loves and respects her,” a source told In Touch. “And, of course, the family situation comes into this heavily, which is why he’s agreed to do this in a civilized and loving way, just like he did with Jennifer Garner.”
J-Lo and Ben are doing whatever they can for the process to be as smooth as possible. “They’re going to get all their ducks in a row,” the insider continued, adding that it “seems to be the standard practice in Hollywood these days” so that there’s “no messy court battle.”
