To be clear, we aren’t knocking Vanessa Hudgens—or any other celebrity, for that matter—for recognizing they need some sort of creative outlet that doesn’t include the stress of making movies. Oftentimes it’s a passion project—Gwyneth‘s Goop, Blake‘s Preserve (we hardly knew ye!), and Reese‘s Draper James, but in Hudgen’s case, it appears to be a pretty standard (if a tad amateur for a legit celebrity) blog called Astral & Opal.
It seems to have just launched, and includes such posts as “Boho Chic Christmas Gifts For $50 And Under,” “6 Music Festivals that Rock During Winter,” “What Are Your Spiritual Powers According To Your Birth Date?” “6 Ways to Cleanse Your Soul” and “10 Crop Tops You Can Make Work For Winter.”
There’s also a “letter from the editor”—Hudgens, who signs off as “Editor-in-Chief”—that reads as follows:
