It seemed like it was fate when the two found out that they lived in the same neighborhoods when they were bonding in paradise. A-rin had her eyes set on Dong-ho from the beginning, but when Hae-lin was dropped as a Single’s Inferno bombshell, she was also fawning over him. When it came down to the last day, A-rin gave him a hidden message to make him stay in Inferno. Dong-ho politely turned down Hae-lin when she was chosen to pick a man to go to Inferno, but she ended up choosing him anyway.

A-rin and Dong-ho haven’t disclosed whether they’re still together or not, but it might seem like they’re close. Dong-ho posted on his Instagram, “Although It was awkward at first in an unfamiliar environment,
with the help of precious people I’ve met through a program called Singles inferno, I’ve made unforgettable memories. It was such a precious memory for a short time.”
A-rin posted that it was a big learning experience for her on her Instagram. “To me, Single’s Inferno 4 was like a mirror. When I’m in love, my feelings appear so clearly. (in the blink of an eye… I think I felt the 😇) In the process, I discovered that my speech and expressions might differ from my intentions…. I did a lot of reflection! Even though I didn’t like to see myself in that way, there were many scenes that I wanted to remember. It helped me a lot because there are people who cutely look at me. I am so so thankful! I will try to be a better person in the future!!
She continued, “Including Dongho Oppa, all of my Unnies and Oppas, and the production crew who worked hard! Thanks to all of you, I was able to make hot summer in memories in the darkest part of my timeline.”
Some fans noticed that they aren’t awkward in videos that they’ve filmed recently. “Dongho really tried to avoid Arin’s eyes, but he wanted to look at her too,” one fan wrote on a TikTok video post. Fans praised the way that Dong-ho communicated throughout the series, so it wouldn’t be surprising if he vocalized how he really felt in the real world. “In my eyes, the real man in this season was him,” one fan wrote on Reddit. “I really appreciated that he didn’t fixated on one option at the beginning and had open mind, but when things got settled, he was firm and honest but considerate at the same time.
