Are Love Is Blind‘s Virginia & Devin Still Together After She Asked for a Prenup?
Warning: Love Is Blind Season 8 spoilers ahead. Love Is Blind Season 8 brought with it both a lot of drama and not as much drama as this show usually delivers. There was Taylor thinking that Daniel had followed her on Instagram before meeting her, and therefore knew what she looked like. And then there was Lauren supposedly having a “boyfriend” when she went on the show. But despite that, some couples have gone through most of this process without drama.
The Netflix reality show, hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, focuses on a group of singles who go from dating in pods without ever seeing each other to proposing marriage before they can find out what their prospective partner looks like. It sounds like a wild premise, but the show does have a better track record than The Bachelor, so there is that.

Season 8 of the show, set in Minneapolis, Minnesota has given us 5 couples choosing to get engaged and continue the journey: Monica and Joey, Taylor and Daniel, Sara and Ben, Lauren and David, and Virginia and Devin. One couple, however, wasn’t exactly seeing eye to eye financially. So, what happened between Virginia and Devin? Are Virginia and Devin still together from Love is Blind?

A look at the marriage records indicates the answer is no, and the two did not get married. But why they didn’t get married is still a mystery. The two had surprisingly little trouble in their time together, seeming to blend in their lives pretty seamlessly and with no big red flags when meeting family, either. But there was one big thing that felt like it could derail them: a prenup.
Ironically, it was Virginia who suggested they sign one, and Devin seemed taken aback by the suggestion, especially at first. Virginia explained her reasoning as wanting the two of them to be protected in case things didn’t work out, not planning for things not to work out. Eventually, it felt like Devin was on the same page with her. His family, however, didn’t seem so sure. For them, a prenup seemed like an idea someone who wasn’t really into making things work would bring up.

The last date between Devin and Virginia, however, goes very well, with Virginia remarking Devin has a “pure heart” and “pure intentions” and adding that she just feels “grateful” for the journey. After the date, Devin and Virginia do go on to sign the prenup, with Devin even sharing that he spoke to his family about it, particularly his mom, and she feels much better about it now that he’s explained.
So the reason why the two did not get married is still unclear. Could Love is Blind be pulling one over us? It’s hard to tell. For now, it seems like whatever doubts these two might have won’t come out until they’re standing face-to-face at the altar.
