Litia and Grant on The Bachelor 2025
ABC.

Litia Garr is in her single era. A day after The Bachelor season 29 finale, Litia, who was the runner-up, shaded her ex, Grant Ellis, in a TikTok video lip-syncing Ariana Grande’s song, “Let Me Love You.”

“I just broke up with my ex. Now I’m out here single. I don’t really know what’s next. But I ain’t even tripping. I’ma chill and sit back. And I know they will be comin’ from the right and the left,” Litia lip-synced as she posed in front of the mirror with The Bachelor producer Natalie Shabtai. “come on now,” Litia captioned the video, referencing her now-iconic quote from her and Grant’s breakup during Season 29‘s Final Rose Ceremony.

“I hope you don’t view me any differently,” Grant told Litia during the Final Rose Ceremony after he broke up with her, to which she responded, “Well, I do, for sure. Come on now.”

“This is not about me. This is all for you,” Grant said back, to which Litia replied, “It’s all about you. Come on now.” Later during their breakup, Grant told Litia, “I know that you view me differently,” to which Litia interrupted and asked him, “Wouldn’t you? Come on.”

Litia also referenced her split from Grant in an Instagram post after the finale, which she captioned: “818s & heartbreak.” While fans know where Litia stands, Grant told Us Weekly after the finale about why he didn’t want to argue with her at the Final Rose Ceremony or during the “After the Final Rose” special where Litia accused Grant of telling her that she was his “No. 1 emotional connection.”

“There’s a lot [she said] that I didn’t align with,” Grant said. “But I let her speak her truth and her piece. I’m not gonna sit up there and argue with her on stage about what she thought I said. But I think that having a little more clarity — when you are the Bachelor, you do see your final two contestants as somebody that could be your wife. That’s where some confusion came into play. There’s room for interpretation when things are said, ‘off camera.’ At that point in time, I can’t really say much. I’m not gonna argue, I just have to accept whatever the conditions are and apologize and let her feel how she feels because she’s in a tough situation and she’s hurt. I understand.”

Grant’s winner, Juliana Pasquarosa, also responded to Litia saying that Juliana should “have a lot of questions” about her relationship with Grant based on what he told Litia throughout the show. “I think the only reaction I have is that we are two different individuals and we have to go through this process very uniquely and very true to who we are,” Juliana said. “And I wish her well.”

Grant also defended his comment, describing his relationship with Juliana as “fun.” “I’m very serious. But everybody is different in a relationship,” he said. “Some people are more serious and they don’t like to go out. Some people like to have fun. I think that in a relationship, you can be serious and have the best of both worlds — that’s what I meant. Our relationship is a friendship. It’s fun in the fact that we can let loose and be ourselves.”

The Bachelor streams on Hulu.
