After using her grand opening to take down her cast mate, Bravo fans have questions as to whether Kenya Moore‘s hair spa is still open and what happened to her business after she was fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
The Kenya Moore Hair Spa opened on June 6, 2024, with a grand opening event where Kenya exposed her cast mate Britt Eady’s sexually explicit photos to a party full of people. The incident led to Kenya’s firing from The Real Housewives of Atlanta after more than a decade on the show. The episode prior to her firing, Kenya opened up to new cast member Kelli Ferrel about her fears that her business, which she used her daughter Brooklyn Daly’s college tuition to open, wouldn’t be successful. So is the Kenya Moore hair spa still open? See what we know about the business’ current status below.
As of writing, it seems like the Kenya Moore Hair Spa is still open. The salon’s official Instagram account, @kenyamoorehairspa, seemed to confirm it was still in business with an Instagram post a day before Kenya’s last episode on The Real Housewives of Atlanta of a client who got their hair done at the spa.
“I love my clients! Why are they all so pretty and funny! This new mom had us all cracking up. This new mom got the works head spa with a silk press and had the nerve to have all this thick healthy hair. Happy birthday beauty and thank you for the laughs!” the post read.
While the Kenya Moore Hair Spa website is inactive, as of writing, bookings can still be done on Style Seat, a beauty services website, for multiple services, including silk presses, trims, blow outs, protein treatments, sew ins, quick weaves, take downs, scalp analyses, and wig installations.
Style Seat also lists Kenya Moore Hair Spa’s hours of operation as Thursday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The salon is closed from Sunday to Wednesday. The hair spa’s address is 5211 Peachtree Blvd #1106, and its phone number, 313-451-3430, is still active, so the business seems to still be open.

“Indulge in opulent luxury at our high-end salon, where VIP treatment awaits every hair type. Experience bespoke services in a serene spa atmosphere, tailored to your unique needs,” the Kenya Moore Hair Spa page on Style Seat reads .”Our 5 Star VIP Asian inspired Head SPA (as seen on Tik-Tok) is the ultimate experience for pampering and relaxation. Our expert team of professionals specialize in traditional blowouts, Silk Press, a full range of extensions including K-Tips, Weaves and Sew Ins, take down services and bespoke treatments for dry and damaged hair, and cuts and trims. Book your appointment today for an unforgettable experience.”
While the Kenya Moore Hair Spa seems to still be in business, Kenya’s time on The Real Housewives of Atlanta is over — likely for good. While TMz reported in June 2024 that Bravo was open for Kenya to come back to The Real Housewives of Atlanta after she was fired, a source also told Page Six at the time that there had been no conversations about Kenya’s return. “It was made clear that Kenya wasn’t fired and nothing has been decided in terms of future seasons on the network’s end or Kenya’s,” the insider said.
That said, some fans believe that Bravo is setting up Kenya’s return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta after she apologized for the posters in an interview on Tamron Hall in November 2024. “Hindsight is always fifty, fifty,” she said, adding that she was “sorry” for what she did. “If I could do it all over again, I believe the photos were very distasteful, and I elevated the situation. I’ve elevated situations before, and I’ve taken full accountability for the things that I’ve done.” She continued, “I didn’t have to take it that far.”
She went on, “But when I felt threatened, I’ve never had a child in a situation like this before. So, that’s why it escalated to the point where I was protecting not only myself, but my child.”
Kenay also confirmed that she’d “had some conversations” with Andy Cohen, whom she described as a “great support system” throughout her ordeal. “He has called, he has checked on me, he has given me advice. And I feel like he’s a really good friend and I just appreciate the support,” she said. “That was my family for 12 years. I love them and I feel like they love me, it was just a really unfortunate situation.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta streams on Peacock.
