Here’s if Summer House‘s Ciara & Jesse Are Really Secretly Dating After His Drama With Lexi

He’s been the name on everyone’s lips this season of Summer House, but as his situationship with Lexi Wood seemingly fizzles out on screen, fans can’t help but wonder what’s really going on between Jesse Solomon and Ciara Miller off camera.
Ciara, who joined Summer House in Season 5, and Jesse, who joined in Season 8, sparked speculation they were more than friends in Season 9 when Jesse told Ciara in the pool that her leg touching him was “turning [him] on.” The speculation continued when Jesse revealed on Summer House that, if his friend and Ciara’s ex West Wilson, hadn’t called “dibs” on her first in Season 8, there may have been something romantic between them.
“Claiming ‘dibs’ on a girl that someone’s known for 24 hours is insane,” Ciara said on the Summer House aftershow. “And they didn’t even know each other. He’s like, ‘West is my boy.’ [When] you walked in for that day, you knew him for 30 minutes. So, what are you talking about?”
The two continued to fuel speculation when Jesse shared an Instagram photo of him kissing Ciara on the cheek at Coachella in April 2025. “shoulda been first slide…but imma let it slide,” Ciara commented on the post.
Are Jesse and Ciara dating from Summer House?
Ciara confirmed she and Jesse were just friends in an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish in February 2025. “I mean, we could be fighting at any moment,” she said at the time. “I love Jesse. I love Jesse, I adore him. We have a very funny relationship. I think that I really do adore him and we do have such a good relationship. But, mainly, it’s me being mad at him half the time. But like we do kind of fight and bicker with each other. But then we’re back to normal. Yeah, no, I love Jesse.”
While Ciara and Jesse seem to be good, the same may not be true between Ciara and Lexi, who accused Jesse of being flirty with Ciara in the Summer House Season 9 trailer. “I am gonna watch and figure it out with the rest of you guys because I still don’t know,” Ciara told Us Weekly in March 2025 of Lexi’s claim. “In my head — and maybe this is just my world — I don’t really see it as a big deal.” She continued, “Once we watch it back and we see … then, I’ll see you at the reunion.”
Ciara also explained that her and Jesse’s relationship can seem romantic because he’s naturally a “flirt.” “It’s just Jesse,” Ciara said. “He’s a flirt. He’s gonna flirt. He loves his female friends, like, he loves the female species. … If you wanna gossip, you call Jesse. He’s like, ‘You got tea for me?’ I love a FaceTime with him.”
Lexi, for her part, was accused of shading Ciara when she cropped her out of an Instagram Story photo in March 2025 of the Summer House cast in the pool. The Instagram Story showed Lexi as well as cast members Lindsay Hubbard, Gabby Prescod, Bailee Henderson, and Amanda Batula. Lexi captioned the post, “The girls.”
The Story, however, was a repost of a photo shared by Lindsay, which included the full cast, including Ciara and Jesse.
