Warning: Below Deck Down Under Season 3 spoilers ahead. Bravo fans (and their crew) were rooting for them from Day 1, but are Harry and Bri still together from Below Deck Down Under? Their romance has a disappointing update.
Harry van Vliet and Brianna”Bri” Duffield were two cast members on Below Deck Down Under Season 3, which filmed in the Seychelles in Africa. Harry worked as a deckhand (and then lead deckhand), while Bri served as a stewardess and then a third stewardess. Harry and Bri were both original crew members on the superyacht Katina and got together early into the season after they confessed their feelings for each other.

They hit rocky waters later in the season when Bri wanted Harry to be more physically affectionate with her before the two became exclusive in the penultimate episode of Season 3. “I have not felt this way about a girl for a long, long, long time,” Harry said in Episode 17. “We’ve had so many great memories, and we’re just going to make more. I don’t think I’ve ever maybe felt this excited before in my life.”
But where are they now? See whether Harry and Bri are still together from Below Deck Down Under and the current status of their relationship now that they’ve made it back to land.
Harry and Bri confirmed in an interview with The Daily Dish after the Below Deck Down Under Season 3 finale that they’re not still together. According to Harry, the two split due to distance—Harry is from Sydney, Australia (though he’s currently based in Nicaragua), while Bri is from Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
“Bri and I went our separate ways a few months after filming ended,” Harry said. “We traveled a bit, but then we had a difficult time with the long-distance relationship.” While Bri and Harry are no longer together, Harry confirmed that they remain friends. “We are still friends and in contact to this day,” Harry said.

Bri, for her part, also confirmed that she and Harry are still in contact after their breakup. “After traveling the world together, Harry and I remain great friends,” she said. “We keep in contact and he gives me great travel recommendations (outside of hostels).”
Harry previously confirmed on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on March 12 that he’s currently “single” and “on the prowl” following his boatmance with Bri. Brialso told the talk show that she and Harry are still “very, very close” and “talk often.” Chief Stewardess Lara Rigby also confirmed to The Daily Dish that Harry and Bri’s split was due to distance.
“You work away from each other,” she said. “You’ve got the distance and things like that. So, I think they had a lovely relationship and a lovely time together, and they’re still friends, which is, you know, the best thing that can come out of it.”
Following the Below Deck Down Under Season 3 finale, Harry, who also appeared in Season 2, shared an Instagram post looking back on his time on the Bravo show, hinting that fans will see him again.
“Farewell, Below Deck Down Under 🌊💙 Being part of this journey was more than just a job — it was a chapter of growth, challenge, and great connections,” he captioned a series of photos from filming Below Deck Down Under. “To the incredible crew I worked alongside, thank you for the memories I’ll carry forever and for being such great genuine people.💙 To the production team behind the scenes, your tireless work, care, and kindness made this experience what it was, it was a pleasure to work with you all and thank you for all the hard work you do. 💙 ”
He continued, “And finally, to everyone who watched the show, and laughed with me along the way, thank you for your support and please know if I didn’t reply to your comment or DM I 100% read it! From bottom of my heart I love and appreciate you all, thanks for your never ending kind words. 💙 This isn’t goodbye — just farewell for now, thanks again to all. Love Harry 🫶🏼❤️🥰🙏⚓️.”
Bri also shared her own Instagram post after the finale in which she thanked fans for watching her all season.
“Tonight we close the chapter on an unforgettable season of Below Deck Down Under—and what a journey it’s been,” she captioned a series of photos from filming. “As a stew, I’ve grown in ways I never expected—learning patience, perseverance, and how to stay grounded in the most unpredictable moments. But more importantly, I’ve grown as a person. I’ve learned to trust myself, to lead with heart, and to embrace every challenge as a chance to evolve. To my incredible castmates: we came on as strangers and left as family.”
She continued, “You’ve become lifelong friends, and I’ll forever cherish the laughs, late-night chats, and the moments that made us stronger—together. And to the phenomenal production crew: your hard work, long hours, and unwavering commitment to telling our story with care and heart did not go unnoticed. What you created was truly special, and it was an honor to be part of something that so many people connected with. Thank you for everything. And to the fans—thank you for riding the waves with us (haha get it). Your support, your messages, your love… it meant everything. Knowing that our stories and silliness touched you made it all worthwhile. Here’s to the end of a wild ride—and the beginning of friendships and lessons that will last a lifetime. With all my heart, thank you 🩷 Bri @belowdeckbravo @bravotv @51minds.”
