Love Island USA‘s Vanna Reveals the Exact Plastic Surgery She’s Had After Fans Accused Her of Looking 21 ‘Going on 40’

A hot new Love Island USA Season 7 bombshell is causing a lot of chatter online. Vanna Einerson, a 21-year-old from Salt Lake City, Utah, entered the villa on Day 17 as one of five new female Casa Amor bombshells.
Vanna coupled up with Ace Greene, a 22-year-old from Los Angeles, California, at the surprise recoupling at the end of her first episode, however, it wasn’t the drama she caused that got the internet talking. After her debut on Love Island USA Season 7, fans took to social media to comment on Vanna’s alleged fillers and comparing her face to past posts when she was younger.

“The fillers have got to stop. It’s worse than the botched BBls at this point. She is 21!!!” a TikTok user wrote over a photo of Vanna on Love Island USA Season 7. “I do not want to bully this poor girl at all. She is not ugly. But those fillers are aging her SO MUCH. she is 21??” the user captioned the post.
Other users also expressed their surprise at Vanna’s age. “How old !!! ??? girl!!” another TikTok user wrote on over of a clip of Vanna telling TJ Palma, a 23-year-old from Westchester, New York, that she was 21. “i would love to see her before all the work cause 21 is crazy,” the user captioned the post.
“NO WAY SHES 21!?????” another TikTok user wrote over a video of Vanna with the caption: “Lip filler is our biggest OP this season.”
After she was booted from the villa, Vanna went on the Viall Files to talk about her appearance and procedures. “I’m very secure in myself. Most of the things that people thought I got done, like my cheeks and my chin and my lips — lips, duh, I got my lips done. I like my lips. But my cheeks and my chin, born with it…. You guys are calling me out for things and saying that I have filler in things, but I was born with it.” She did deny that she got her butt done, but confirmed one procedure. “Of course I got my boobs done. I’m just a girl.”
Fans who went to Vanna’s Instagram posts from five years before her debut on Love Island USA Season 7 also noted that she had similar features when she was around 16. “there’s no way ur 16 here 😢,” a user wrote on an Instagram photo of Vanna in August 2020. Another user wrote, “15 looking like 40.” One more user wrote, “i thought u were at least 38? u ain’t even give ur face & body a chance to mature like damn . yall really don’t have faith yall selves.”
Another TikTok user also speculated that Vanna had her first fillers done when she was around 16, according to photos she posted in 2019, and the difference in her face in pictures from 2017 and 2018. “I think Vanna’s filler started when she was 15, bc this photo is from 2019,” the user wrote over a photo of Vanna at a school dance. “In the next photos, she has none. They’re from 2017 and 2018.”
A TikTok user who claimed to know Vanna in high school also alleged that she had fillers done when she was a teenager. She went to my high school unfortunately her older sister is the same way. “They started the Botox/filler journey early years of high school possibly even middle school. Says a lot about their mom because she had to sign off and allow it. But she did play golf and she’s actually really good lol,” the user commented.
While Vanna, who has more than 500,000 followers on TikTok and 200,000 followers on Instagram, hasn’t confirmed what cosmetic procedures she’s had done, Vivum Lash Artistry, a salon based in Bountiful, Utah, claimed in a TikTok video after Vanna’s Love Island USA debut that she had a lash lift before entering the villa. “Loved seeing our girl Vanna (& her bombshell lash lift!) on @Love Island USA tonight! 🏝️ 🩷 ,” the business captioned a video of Vanna post-lash lift.
While Vanna has faced negative comments for her appearance, many fans have also defended her, calling out other viewers for making fun of her face. “i hate that they’re real people about to see all ts…she’s 21…they’re all talking about how she looks 30, but she’s a baby. this is going to hurt her so much,” a user commented on Vivum Lash Artistry’s TikTok video. “Y’all be nice these are real human beings,” another user wrote.
One more user reminded viewers to learn from the online bullying fellow islander Huda Mustafa, a 24-year-old from Raleigh, North Carolina, faced earlier in the season. “Y’all aren’t passing the vibe check in the comments. Did we learn nothing from huda?” the user wrote.
