Warning: Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 spoilers ahead. They were locked in from Day 1, but are Jess and Spencer still together after Bachelor in Paradise Season 10? Here’s whether their romance fizzled out after leaving Costa Rica.
Jess Edwards, a 26-year-old from San Diego, California, and Spencer Conley, a 32-year-old from Dallas, Texas, were one of the final five couples on Bachelor in Paradise Season 10, along with Kat Izzo and Dale Moss; Andrew Spencer and Alexe Godin; Bailey Brown and Jeremy Simon; and Kathy Swarts and Keith Gordon.
Jess was originally a contestant on The Bachelor Season 28 with Joey Graziadei, where she was the villain, while Spencer appeared on The Bachelorette Season 21 with Jenn Tran. Both Jess and Spencer were eliminated at the Rose Ceremony before Hometown Dates on their respective seasons.

Jess and Spencer were both original contestants on Bachelor in Paradise Season 10, who arrived at the beach on Day 1. They coupled up at the first Rose Ceremony and stayed together until the Season 10 finale. In an Instagram Q&A in August 2025, Spencer explained why he preferred the format of Bachelor in Paradise so much more than The Bachelorette.
“Paradise all day every day!! Quality time is my number one love language. After 24 hours in Paradise I had more time with Jess than I had on the Bachelorette,” he wrote. “Spending all day with someone without the distraction of phones, work or anything else literally makes every day feel like a week of dating in the real world! Such an awesome experience that I’m so grateful for!”
It was clear to viewers that Jess and Spencer formed a deep connection from Day 1. But are they still together after Bachelor in Paradise Season 10? Read on to find out.

Jess and Spencer Conley are one of four couples who are still together after Bachelor in Paradise Season 10, according to Reality Steve. The other three couples still together are Kat and Dale; Bailey and Jeremy; and Alexe and Andrew.
Reality Steve confirmed Jess and Spencer were still together as of August 15, 2025. He also reported that Jess and Spencer were the only couple from Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 to get engaged in the finale, where they were a part of the final two. Jess and Spencer have also been public about their relationship on social media and have shared several photos of them together on Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 and tagged each other.
“just feeling a lil giddy about this man & whatnot 🥰,” Jess captioned a photo of her and Spencer on the set of Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 in August 2025. “Well.. that escalated quickly.. best first date EVERRRRRRR 🤪🥰,” she captioned another Instagram photo of them on their first one-on-one date on Bachelor in Paradise Season 10. In another post, she shared a video of Spencer throwing her on his shoulder set to the audio of Sabrina Carpenter’s lyric “A boy who’s jacked and kind / can’t find his ass to save my life” from the song “Slim Pickins.”
Spencer also seemed to confirm that he and Jess were still together in an Instagram Q&A in August 2025 when he was asked which of Jess’ Bachelor in Paradise dresses he liked the best, which he responded with photos of three outfits along with two words: “Good Lord.” Jess and Spencer also still follow each other on Instagram, at the time of writing.
For Jess and Spencer’s engagement, it’s almost certain the ring was designed by Neil Lane, a celebrity jeweler, who has created engagement rings for The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise since 2008. In a 2016 interview with Entertainment Weekly, former host Chris Harrison revealed that Bachelor Nation couples have to stay together for a certain amount of time, otherwise they have to return the free engagement ring to Neil Lane. “There’s some rule, after a certain number of years, you get to keep it anyway,” he said. “But after months… it goes back.”
Lane told StyleCaster in 2016 that he doesn’t know where the rings go, but that he designs them with the hope that the couple stays together. “I make rings hoping that people stay together forever, but after they get the ring, I don’t have a say in it, and what happens after that, I don’t know,” he said. “Where the ring goes, I have to say, I don’t really know. I just say it goes to ring heaven.”
Bachelor in Paradise streams on Hulu.
