Pugcasso is more than ordinary. He’s extraordinary! The Season 14 contestant on The Masked Singer just made his debut, and we have some names in the ring on who it could possibly be.

This talented pup sang a beautiful rendition of “Ordinary” by Alex Warren with so much soul. His first clue package was very vague, but we think we managed to crack the code. Guesses from the judges include Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons (Ken Jeong), Darren Criss (Rita Ora), and Ryan Tedder of the band OneRepublic (Robin Thicke). But we think their guesses were pretty left field.

Who’s Pugcasso on The Masked Singer?

Our best guess for Pugcasso on The Masked Singer is Anthony Ramos. The In the Heights star has a career that pretty much matches up with the clues that Pugcasso listed. Let’s examine them below!

  • “Today, we’re going to paint a happy little career change. See, I was supposed to take over the family business, but sometimes you’ve got to color outside the lines — like the time I threw my name in the hat on something big and my life changed overnight.” Shown alongside a painting of a baseball home plate.

Anthony Ramos had eyes to have a career in baseball and become a coach, but decided to put it aside for a career in musical theater.

  • “I joined an ensemble of dreamers just like me — and before you know it, I went from nobody to top dog. Something only a handful of artists have achieved.”

Anthony Ramos joined the cast of Hamilton while it was still a workshop and then Off-Broadway and finally to Broadway, and it turned out to be one of the most popular musicals in history. It also won the coveted Pulitzer Prize, which isn’t usually awarded to musicals.

  • A theater marquee that reads “Pugcasso Studio Live!”

Hamilton has one of the most recognizable Broadway marquees.
