After watching the tearjerking Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion, many people who watched it all the way through might be wondering who Lauren Miller was and why she had a tribute.
Whitney called out Meredith for complaining about production during the reunion. “There’s an entire team behind the scenes, and I’ve been hearing you under your breath, throwing [them] under the bus,” Whitney said. “I’ve opened up my entire life because of them.” It sparked Mary to tear up, and Britani to say that she didn’t like the cast fighting over the production team.
At the end, a picture of Lauren popped up and a message appeared: “Dedicated in loving memory of Lauren Miller 1988-2025.”
Lauren Miller was a Real Lives of New York City and Salt Lake City executive assistant who worked for the production company Shed Media for 9 years. She died on June 9, 2025, after giving birth to her son Jackson. She’s survived by her husband Kevin, their daughter Emma, and son Jackson.
“It is with devastated hearts that we share that our beloved colleague, Lauren, died unexpectedly just moments after giving birth to her baby boy,” Shed Media—which produces several Bravo shows—captioned an Instagram tribute post June 12. “Of all the things Lauren loved most, being a mother was at the top and ensuring that her children are being taken care of would mean everything to her.”
A GoFundMe was set up for her family by her colleague and co-worker Sherri Pender. “The devastating loss of Lauren is far-reaching and we all feel helpless in the wake of the grief,” she wrote on the page. “But we can come together now to help take care of the thing Lauren cherish beyond all else: her family. Any dollar you can donate will be used to provide financial support as the grieving family adjusts to this new reality. Your contribution, no matter the size, will be greatly appreciated.”
