When the show’s second season kicked off in December 2023, viewers got a glimpse at Maddi and Trevor’s home life. “Trevor and I are living together, we’re happy, and I’m in love,” Maddi explained.
Southern Hospitality is a reality show on Bravo set in Charleston, similar to Vanderpump Rules. The synopsis of the show is as follows, according to a press release: “With the nightlife on King Street exploding and the competition fierce, the team at Republic is busier than ever. Accepting nothing short of perfection from her staff, Leva runs a tight ship, but her once-close-knit team faces a multitude of obstacles as they try to keep their jobs while maintaining their friendships and relationships.”
The press release continues: “When rumors, cheating allegations and ghosts of past back-alley debaucheries haunt the staff, they work hard to prove to Leva that they are still fit to run the hottest club in Charleston. After realizing her staff has become complacent and a little too comfortable, boss lady Leva Bonaparte insists that her VIP team maintain a pristine code of conduct and marks the dawn of a new regime at Republic.

Are Maddi and Trevor still together from Southern Hospitality? In an interview with People published in December 2023, Maddi said “It’s complicated,” but the article refers to Trevor as Maddi’s ex, so we have to assume they’ve broken up. They also don’t appear to follow each other on social media.
“I’m someone who definitely feels my feelings, but I was willing to put everything out there and give this a chance because I cared about [Tervor] and the relationship,” she said. “And you’ll have to watch what happens, but I’m ultimately happy I gave it my all because that’s the type of person I am.”
In an interview with Us Weekly, Maddi confirmed they’d been “on and off for years” but she thought he had changed when they decided to move in together. “I feel like this is typical Charleston, bullsh—t and men, it’s just exhausting for me.”
In a teaser clip obtained by Us Weekly, Maddi can be seen getting angry at co-stars who brought up Trevor’s past. “All of you can f–k yourselves. I’m so serious,” Maddi said in a sneak peek at the Thursday, January 18, episode. “I would never do what you guys did to me like to any of you.” She went on to claim that everyone had turned their backs on her since her second break-up with Trevor. “You all haven’t been my friends for a f–king year. Don’t act like it now,” she tells the group.
In an interview with the tabloid in early December, Maddi confirmed that she wasn’t seeing anyone. “I am focusing on myself,” Maddi said when asked if she was dating again. “I need no drama for a couple months but catch me next season.”
Throughout the first season, Maddi and Trevor had rekindled their relationship on-screen. Seemingly happy for a while, but Bradley Carter claimed that one of his clients was out with Trevor and he hit on her. “Me and Maddi have a complex relationship to put it lightly, so it was just kind of weird territory for me to go and share that with her. It’s something you don’t want to hear, doesn’t matter where you’re from, let alone it being someone that you don’t get along with,” Bradley told The Messenger at a Bravo event in November.
“It’s kind of like a knife being injected into a little bit more. So it was definitely more difficult bringing it up, but it’s also one of those things, I don’t care if you don’t like me or not, if I’m getting cheated on or played, I want to know. So let me know.”
She confronted Trevor on the show, to which he said there “was no physical touch of any kind,” but it was enough to make her throw his bouquet of flowers on the floor and storm off.
Maddi for her part, admitted “there’s been times where I feel like I’ve been inappropriate in our relationship, and there’s been times where he has been, and at the time, he came in and communicated with me about it. So it was just shocking to hear more that my friends still kind of just want to go after my relationship,” she said. “I feel like it’s my decision what I do and what I want to do, but at the end of the day, I want to be in a relationship with someone that I can trust.”
