Hailey Bieber Showed up at the Met Gala Without Justin in a Timeless Micro Blazer Dress
The internet can never get enough of Hailey Bieber—and fans were over the moon to realize she’s attending fashion’s biggest night yet again. Since Hailey and Justin skipped the 2023 and 2024 Met Gala, no one knew for sure if they’d be making an appearance tonight. But in a surprising turn of events, Hailey Bieber graced the Met steps in possibly one of her most classic looks yet.
Since she’s the founder of Rhode and a first-time mom, we realize Hailey has a lot on her plate these days. And in true Met Gala fashion, the guest list—up until people literally started arriving—was completely under wraps. (That of course excludes this year’s co-chairs Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, ASAP Rocky, and Pharrell Williams—which we knew right away would be in attendance.)
Tonight, she arrived solo (more on this in a second) wearing a timeless black Saint Laurent blazer dress. Bieber kept it simple with black tights and heels. She accessorized with shiny Tiffany & Co diamond jewelry.
Although Bieber looks gorgeous tonight, there’s a lot of speculation around her relationship with Justin Bieber. In a video obtained by WWD, Hailey was shown wearing her wedding ring. Neither Hailey, nor Justin have made any statements about their relationship, but fans have been concerned as of late, due to Justin’s strange behavior.
Instead of the Met Gala, Justin seems to be on vacation in Ireland. On May 5, he posted an Instagram video of himself with snow mountains in the background and “best trip of my life” in the caption. He also posted a photo smoking from a bong with Australian singer-songwriter and music producer Eddie Benjamin who played a guitar.
An insider told People, “She’s been in tears about his behavior lately. Things have gotten bad quickly. She’s genuinely scared something bad is going to happen to Justin.”
