If you’ve ever wondered why Law Roach never misses, it’s because he’s always prepared. Whether he’s styling Zendaya, Celine Dion, or himself, the self-proclaimed image architect operates with surgical precision. The clothes fit flawlessly. The cameras capture every angle. But while photographers may work overtime to catch the bad ones, Roach has a not-so-secret trick to staying sharp—both in fit and in face.
“Zyrtec,” he tells StyleCaster, revealing the over-the-counter antihistamine as his unexpected fashion essential. “I’ve always had seasonal allergies, and for about five or six years now, we’ve kept Zyrtec in our styling kits. I noticed that when I was with a client—especially in the spring—they’d start sneezing or sniffling right before hitting the carpet or doing an interview,” he explains. “It was in that moment I thought, ‘Why don’t I start carrying Zyrtec not just for myself but for my clients, so we can combat that runny feeling that truly takes away from the look.’”
Eventually, the habit became a partnership. Roach and Zyrtec teamed up to raise awareness around allergy season—and its direct impact on spring style. “This is the remedy,” he says. “Zyrtec is right there with my cell phone, credit card, lip gloss—it’s part of my essentials.”
Naturally, allergy season coincides with spring—and spring, in fashion, always brings one thing: blooms. Groundbreaking? Actually, yes, Roach insists. “I’m all for bloomcore,” he says. “Whether it’s flowers in your hair or on your clothes—I love it.”
But to Roach, bloom is more than a pattern. “It can mean so many things,” he continues. “It can be quite literal, but for me, it also means coming into yourself, stepping into your confidence and individual style. I’m all about that—helping people find their confidence, whether they’re a client or a friend.”
In fact, he considers confidence the “it” accessory of spring—and 2025 in general. “Confidence is the most beautiful thing we can put on ourselves. When you’re confident, you can wear whatever you want, however you want,” he says. “You might see someone with purple hair or a wild-looking shirt and think it shouldn’t work—but somehow it does. That’s confidence.”
His other must-have? A signature scent—especially while traveling. “I travel a lot, so I like to freshen the bathroom with the fragrance I wear. When I go to the bathroom, I don’t want to smell anybody else—and I don’t want anybody to smell me,” he laughs.
“I do a couple spritzes when I walk in and a couple when I walk out. When I pass by the flight attendants, they’re always like, ‘You smell so good,’ and I’m like, ‘Thank you.’”
Right now, he’s wearing Byredo’s Sellier.
